1. Product processing method: The disc surface pattern is manual screen printing.
2. The raw materials are provided by Party A and can also be purchased by Party B. Party B guarantees the quality of raw materials.

4. Acceptance criteria and methods: The sample disc is subject to the disc, and the disc is a Class A disc, and the disc is guaranteed to be readable.
5. Settlement method: 30% of the advance payment, the payment is full.
6. After the printing business is over, Party B is still responsible for the quality of the disc and printing and recording. If the disc has quality problems, it can be re-made, or the production cost of the disc with quality problems can be refunded. Party B shall not be liable for any other loss caused by the quality of the disc.
7. Liability for breach of contract: Except for the cause of force majeure, if either party fails to perform the contract, it must bear the liability for breach of contract.
Party B's liability for breach of contract: Failure to deliver the ordered crop or fail to complete the work, refund the advance payment and repay the penalty of 40% of Party A's contract amount.
Party A's liability for breach of contract: the amount, specification, quality and design of the fixed crops will be changed in the middle to compensate the losses caused by Party B; the contract will be cancelled in the middle, and the liquidated damages of Party B will be repaid 40%.
