Talent training contract

In order to open up channels for talent training, accelerate intellectual development, ensure the quality of the trained personnel, clarify the responsibilities of all parties involved in training, and provide more and better talents for socialist modernization, through the consensus of Party A, Party B and Party C, This contract is for mutual compliance.
1. Party A's teaching content to Party C shall be in accordance with the subjects and time schedules stipulated by the Ministry of Education for similar undergraduates, and shall not lower the requirements for Party C. Party A shall make a detailed introduction to Party B at the end of each semester on the development of morality, intelligence and physical development of Party C during school.
2. If Party A finds that Party C has violated the school discipline regulations, it shall contact Party B in time to jointly study and deal with the measures. Party C was rated as "poor" at the end of the period, and three classes failed during the semester. If there are two failed homework exams within one year, Party A has the right to persuade them to drop out or cancel their student status.
3. Party A is responsible for the assessment and issuance of Party C scholarships. Scholarships are assessed once per semester, divided into one, two, three, etc., specific assessment and distribution methods and standards, in accordance with the unified provisions of Party A.
4. Party B shall bear all tuition fees and scholarship fees during the period of Party C's study. Tuition fees are ______ yuan per semester, scholarships are ______ yuan per semester, and other fees are ______ yuan per semester. Party B's above fees shall be directly remitted to Party A at the time of registration for each semester, or shall be handed over to Party A by Party C.
5. Party B shall issue Party C with wages and other benefits as required. If Party C has room and board in Party A, Party B shall subsidize Party C's living expenses ______ yuan per day according to regulations, and pay Party A the boarding fee and agency fee of Party C. Party B will pay reimbursement for the return of the holiday home. If Party C is not in Party A's room and board, its home is more than two kilometers away from Party A. 6. Party B shall strengthen the management and education of Party C. It is necessary to constantly understand the learning and ideological and moral status of Party C. If it is found that Party C has problems, it shall promptly cooperate with Party A's education and handling.
7. After Party C's study is over, Party B shall reasonably arrange its work according to the professional developments of Party C and the development of Party C's moral, intellectual and physical aspects provided by Party A after passing the examination and passing the examination.
8. Party C must consciously accept the education and management of Party A and Party B, study hard, abide by the law and abide by the law, and develop comprehensively from the three aspects of morality, intelligence and body, and strive to be "three good students." If Party C violates the school rules and regulations, it shall consciously accept the handling of Party A and Party B. If Party C withdraws from school or is advised by Party A to withdraw or cancel the student's school membership, it shall bear all the expenses delivered to Party A. If Party C fails to deliver, Party B shall be responsible for delivery on behalf of Party C.
9. After the completion of the examination and the examination and passing the examination, the Party B must go to the Party B to work. Generally, it is not allowed to transfer the Party to Party B within ______ years. If Party C must be transferred due to special circumstances, it must meet the relevant regulations of the higher level, and Party B can only handle the transfer procedure after Party B's consent. This contract shall become effective on the date of signature by Party A, Party B and Party C, and shall expire after the completion of the term of Party C. 3.
