On the basis of friendly consultations, Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on Party B's __________ contracting __________ yacht shopping malls:
1. Party B shall pay Party A _________________ yuan per month to the contracting party; Party B shall bear the operating risks during the contracting period.
2. Party B shall prepay the contracted amount of Party A for six months, of which __________ months is regarded as the operation risk deposit. 7. Party A is responsible for the safety of all goods of Party B in the mall and warehouse. If damage or loss occurs, Party A will be responsible.

This contract is valid for one year. If both parties are willing to renew, it should be agreed one month before the expiration. If either party proposes to cancel the contract, it must pay the other party a one-month contract.
