In order to safeguard the interests of both parties, in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Telecommunications" and other relevant laws and regulations, both parties are on the basis of equality, voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility. The following matters have been reached on the related matters of the road service:

Article 1 Fixed Telephone Service Scope Party A provides Party B with the services selected on the business registration forms such as the online registration form and change order by means of the fixed telephone network and facilities.

Article 2 Registration of Party B shall be submitted to the following registration materials:

1. Individual users: provide original and valid original identity documents of this city;

2. Unit users: Provide a copy of the original copy of the registration certificate or the original registration certificate of the red official seal, and the original copy of the valid identification document of the manager.

Article 3 User Data Party B shall ensure that the registration information of the network is true and accurate, and is obliged to cooperate with Party A to verify the registration information. During the period of validity of the contract, Party B shall promptly notify Party A to make corrections if there is any change in the registration information of Party B. If Party A finds that Party B's registration information is untrue and cannot contact Party B or Party B fails to cooperate in time, Party A has the right to suspend network service to Party B.

Party A shall be obliged to keep confidential the information provided by Party B and the guarantor. Party A shall bear the losses caused to Party B by Party A without fulfilling its confidentiality obligations.

The user service password is an important personal data of Party B, and Party B shall keep it in a safe place. Party B shall bear the losses caused by improper storage, but Party A shall be obliged to assist Party B or the public security organ to investigate the relevant circumstances.

Article 4 The new equipment of fixed telephones and the terminal equipment used by Party B shall have a network access permit and properly keep the terminal equipment and passwords.

Party B newly installed a fixed telephone, and can choose the number within a certain range.

If Party B belongs to a residential user and the newly installed telephone has the same name and the same address, it can apply for up to 3 parts. If you apply for more than 3 parts, you need to apply for prepaid access.

If Party B handles the transfer of fixed telephones, it shall first pay all the fees for using the fixed telephone at the original address.

If Party B applies for fixed or new installation of fixed telephone, Party B shall pay the fee according to the fee standard stated by Party A. Party A shall open it within the express time limit; if it is not opened for reasons of Party A, Party B shall pay Party B a penalty for the amount of 1% of the fee.

Article 5 Fees and Fees Payment Party A shall collect the communication fee from Party B according to the communication fee standard approved or filed by the relevant state department. Party B shall pay the communication fee in full according to the period specified by Party A.

In the event of a national adjustment of communication fee standards, it shall be implemented in accordance with the new standards from the time of adjustment as stipulated by the State. In the event that Party A issues a fee discount plan, it shall be executed according to the preferential criteria from the time determined by the preferential plan.

If Party B fails to pay the communication fee in full within the agreed time limit, Party A has the right to limit the telephone call function of Party B from the date of the arrears, and Party B shall pay the liquidated damages according to the standard of 3欠. After Party B has paid the arrears and liquidated damages, Party A shall cancel the call restriction. If Party B fails to pay the arrears and liquidated damages within 30 days, Party A has the right to stop the machine; Party B has not paid the dues due to the 60 days of the down payment. In case of fees and liquidated damages, Party A has the right to terminate the provision of network services and terminate the contract, and recover all the fees owed by Party B. If Party B is not stopped due to payment on time, Party A shall restore Party B's network service within 48 hours after Party B has paid the arrears and liquidated damages.

When the two parties sign the contract, if the contributor is a third party, the third party's written certification materials shall be provided and the third-party official seal and financial seal shall be affixed. When the third party no longer pays the fee, Party B shall pay the fee.

In the case of arrears, Party B cannot handle other business except payment.

Article 6 User Service Party A shall publicize the information such as standard tariffs and payment deadlines at obvious locations in the business premises. Party B can also understand the above information through Party A's open customer service hotline, and consult services such as business acceptance, consultation, inquiry, and obstacle reporting. Party A's customer hotline is ________. If Party B requests Party A to provide a detailed list of long-distance calls, Party A shall provide it free of charge; Party A shall provide clear and clear answers and verification of Party B's questions regarding communication charges.

Party A shall retain Party B's original telephone bill data for a period of not less than 5 months.

Party A shall provide Party B with free access to fire alarm 119, police 110, medical emergency 120, and traffic accident alarm 122 public welfare telephone.

Article 7 Quality of Service Party A shall provide Party B with prompt, accurate, safe and convenient network services and guarantee Party B's freedom of communication and communication secrets in accordance with the law.

If Party B is in the direction of Party A's application for communication service obstacles, Party A shall repair or transfer it within 48 hours of the town and within 72 hours of the rural area from the time of receiving the application; if it cannot be repaired or transferred as scheduled, Party B shall promptly notify Party B and exempt it. Basic monthly fees and other fixed fees during the barrier period. Except for the reasons for the service caused by Party B.

If Party B's fault causes Party B's fixed telephone to be down or sold during normal use, Party A shall immediately resume and waive the basic monthly subscription fee for the month.

For reasons such as construction, network adjustment, code number cutover, etc., if Party A needs to change the telephone number assigned to Party B, Party B shall inform Party B 45 days in advance; Party A shall be free for 45 days after the telephone number is changed. Play the change number tone.

If Party B believes that the fixed telephone has been stolen, it shall promptly report the case to the public security organ. Party A shall technically assist Party B and the public security department to conduct an investigation. If Party A is stolen due to Party A's reasons, Party A shall not collect from Party B the communication fee during the period of theft. .

When Party B applies for the opening of a service within the scope of Party A's commitment, Party A shall open it within the time limit promised. If Party A fails to open in time, Party A shall reduce the basic monthly fee from Party B to the service opening period.

When Party B applies for the termination of a service to Party A, Party A shall handle it within 24 hours after acceptance. If Party A fails to stop the relevant services on time, Party B shall not bear the monthly functional fee for the occurrence of the service. If there is no functional fee, the basic monthly subscription fee shall be waived.

In order to ensure the interests of Party B, Party A can freeze the phone number of the sales number for at least 90 days before it can be put back into use.

Article 8 Change of Contracts The service commitments made by Party A in writing outside the contract in the form of announcements, etc., automatically become an integral part of this contract, except for those that set an obligation or unreasonably increase the liability for Party B. If Party A's publicly committed standards of commitment are lower than those agreed in this contract, this contract shall prevail.

Article 9 Force Majeure Some or all of this contract cannot be performed due to force majeure, and the two parties shall not be liable for breach of contract.

Article 10: Due to technological advancement, Party A shall not inform Party B of the completion of this contract for the purpose of improving the quality of service and upgrading the fixed telephone network. Party A shall inform Party B at least 90 days in advance and provide a reasonable solution. Party B may negotiate with Party A regarding the solution, but Party A shall not be required to continue to perform this contract.

Article 11 Dissolution of the Contract If Party B requests Party A to terminate the provision of network services, it shall go through the procedures for retiring the network after paying the relevant fees. Party A shall actively handle it.

If Party B requests to go through the transfer procedures, it shall pay the communication fee and go through the corresponding formalities to cancel the contract with relevant documents.

Party B arbitrarily or allows others to install various terminal equipment and multiplex equipment on the installed telephone line in violation of relevant state regulations; use other telecommunications services to carry out other telecommunication business operations; or transfer the right to use the phone without Party A’s consent. Or arbitrarily change the nature of the use of fixed telephones, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and reserves the right to pursue legal liability for Party B.

Article 12 Dispute Resolution Method The disputes arising under this contract may be settled through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, Party B may appeal to the telecommunications administration department or complain to the relevant departments such as the Consumer Association; either party may sue in the people's court or Apply for arbitration in accordance with a separate arbitration clause or arbitration agreement.
