Second, Party A’s obligations

1. When signing the contract, Party A must submit a copy of the plan assignment document approved by the infrastructure program to Party B, and submit a copy of the land approval file and red line drawing for the engineering geological survey.

2. When signing the contract, Party A must submit to Party B a topographic map and a layout plan of the survey scope proposed by the design unit and approved by the construction unit, and submit the survey technical requirements entrusted by the construction unit and completed by the design unit. 3. Party A must do the water and electricity supply for site survey work, level the road, clean the site, and prepare materials before _______ _______ days.

The migrant workers, fuel materials and equipment for heating in winter and coal and wood are required to be supplied by Party A; the maintenance of the production site and the maintenance of the equipment are handled by Party A and bear the expenses.

6. The transportation expenses and labor costs of Party B's surveyors and surveying equipment entering the project site shall be borne by Party A.

Third, Party B’s obligations

4. Deposit and survey fees and methods of payment

Within ____________________ days after the commencement of this survey contract, Party A shall pay Party B a deposit equivalent to 30% of the survey fee; after the commencement of the survey work, Party A shall pay Party B 30% of the survey fee; after the completion of all survey projects, Party B shall submit the investigation report and drawings to Party A according to the contract, and carry out the project settlement. Within ________________ days after Party A takes the information, the investigation fee shall be paid according to the actual survey workload. V. Party A’s liability for breach of contract

1. If Party A changes the plan, or the information provided is inaccurate, or fails to provide the necessary information or working conditions for survey and design, and causes rework, design, work, or modification of design, Party A shall The actual amount of work consumed by Party B shall be increased, and the construction period shall be postponed; due to the responsibility of Party A, significant rework or redesign of the design shall be made, and additional construction fees shall be made, and the construction period shall be postponed.

2. If Party A delivers the survey fee or deposit beyond the time specified in the contract, Party B shall pay Party B the liquidated damages in accordance with the bank's delay in payment.

6. Party B’s liability for breach of contract

1. If Party B reworks or causes engineering losses due to poor quality of survey, it shall continue to improve the survey and bear economic and technical responsibilities according to the losses caused. Party A may reduce the amount of damage caused by the damage, and reduce or not pay the survey and design fees. If Party B causes major quality accidents in the project due to investigation errors, in addition to exempting the survey and design fees from the lost part, it shall also pay compensation equal to the part of the survey and design fee directly affected by the loss.

2. Since Party B's liability delays the provision of information for a period of ________________ days or more, each time a delay is made, Party A shall pay Party A a penalty equal to the total price of the engineering survey fee _________________.

Seven, the handling of disputes

In the event of a dispute arising from the execution of this contract, both parties shall promptly resolve the dispute. If the two parties belong to the same department when the negotiation fails, the mediation by the superior competent department; if the mediation fails or does not belong to the same department, it may apply to the contract management authority prescribed by the state for mediation or arbitration, or directly to the people's court.
