In the construction of the organization drilling project, in the following circumstances, the construction period shall be extended, and both parties shall consult in time and determine the extension period in writing; first, those who are forced to stop due to natural disasters or manpower cannot resist; second, due to Party A proposes to change the plan or change the construction drawing and cannot continue construction. Third, because Party A cannot provide technical files, technical drawings and drilling construction conditions on time, it is forced to stop work or cannot continue construction.

Third preparation before drilling

First, Party A shall complete the land acquisition and demolition and the roadside of the wellsite road before drilling; remove the obstructions such as the original buildings, structures, pipelines, trees and young crops that affect the construction within the construction site and the access road. Solve water, electricity and roads installed and transported by construction.

Second, Party A will deliver the well design, completion drilling depth, horizon and completion requirements to Party B on time, responsible for the fault distribution map of the drilling block; fault data; small floor plan; structural map and adjacent well map pressure data. And to Party B to carry out geological and engineering technical requirements.

Third, before the drilling, Party B shall organize relevant technical personnel to learn and be familiar with various design drawings, participate in the geological design, and compile the construction drawing budget, and be responsible for arranging the drilling plan, construction plan, and preparation for all construction.

Article 4 Settlement of construction funds

First, determine the contracting costs according to different models, wells, wells, and additional risk. For expenses outside the scope of contracting, settlement is made as required.

Second, from the date of signing the contract, Party A shall, within ____ days, devote one hundred percent of the total project cost ____ yuan to Party B as Party B's preparation and construction fee.

Article 5 Construction and Design Changes

First, Party B must organize the construction of the oilfield in accordance with the construction acceptance specifications and quality inspection standards issued by the ministry and the bureau, as well as the design requirements.

Second, in the drilling construction, Party B must insist on construction according to technical requirements, and Party A shall dispatch personnel to supervise. No party may arbitrarily change the design. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the accident and cost of Party B's blowout, stuck drill, etc. shall be borne by Party A;

1. Party A shall be responsible for any accidents caused by incorrect drilling design or technical information provided by Party A. If Party B discovers and informs Party A in time, Party A shall immediately propose to modify or change the design after receiving the notice. After the consent of both parties, the construction plan may be changed. The increase caused by Party A shall be borne by Party A and compensated by Party A. Party B’s economic loss.

2. If there are design changes in the drilling construction, exceed the original design standards or increase the drilling difficulty, the relevant departments of the higher authorities shall approve and approve, and both Party A and Party B may apply for the increased production costs before the construction, and the expenses shall be borne by Party A. No party may force construction until the design change has been approved.

3. Party A has not fulfilled its obligation to assist Party B in causing losses.

Third, in the drilling construction, the losses caused by Party B's own reasons are self-care.

Fourth, the drilling is a concealed project. Party B must operate according to the standard during the construction, and make a record of each process and accept the supervision, inspection and acceptance of Party A.

Fifth, if Party A encounters a special situation and asks B to complete the block drilling task ahead of schedule, it shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties.

Party B’s increased costs are therefore borne by Party A.

Article 6 Completion acceptance, settlement and warranty

First, Party B shall promptly notify Party A on the day before completion of the completion of the well. If Party A fails to accept the inspection on time, Party B shall notify Party B in advance and agree with Party B on the acceptance date. However, Party A must acknowledge Party B’s completion time. Party A shall postpone the acceptance, and the management fees and vehicle expenses incurred during this period shall be borne by Party A.

Second, the wells completed after construction shall be based on the unified quality acceptance criteria of the ministry and bureau, and Party A shall not be allowed to raise the acceptance criteria.

Third, the wells that have passed the inspection will be handed over from the date of acceptance. Party B is not responsible for any damage to the casing head, sloshing or loss of the well hat, and falling objects after the handover.

Fourth, due to the inaccurate data or data provided by Party A, the quality of the drilling is unqualified, and Party A is responsible.

Party A who needs to work in Party B shall also bear the cost of workover and the cost of the work of Party B. The cost of work shall be calculated on the basis of ___ yuan per hour.

Fifth, Party B shall bear the unqualified wells caused by Party B itself.

Sixth, the construction is completed and has been accepted and handed over to the well of Party A. If Party A has oil, water and gas inside and outside the pipe before it is perforated, Party B is responsible for the warranty. The warranty period is six months, which exceeds the warranty. Party B shall not be responsible for spraying oil and water inside or outside the pipe.

Article 7 Awards, Punishment and Arbitration

First, on the premise of ensuring the quality of the project, Party B will complete the drilling task ahead of time, creating conditions for Party A to put into production ahead of schedule, and increasing the benefits. Party A shall reward Party B according to the total construction cost.

Second, Party A shall not arbitrarily owe or refuse to pay the wells that have been completed and have passed the acceptance of Party B at any time. If the payment is overdue, Party A shall increase the interest on the unpaid items.

Third, the solution to the contract dispute.

Article 8 Work-related accidents Party B is responsible for educating workers, strictly implementing operational procedures, civilized production, safe construction, fire prevention and theft prevention.

Party B shall be responsible for any economic losses caused by casualties and unreasonable management of Party B during construction, and shall not affect the progress of the project.

Article 9 Supplementary Provisions

First, if there are any unsettled matters in the special conditions, the parties may, in accordance with the specific circumstances, formulate the terms of the by-laws as an auxiliary file of this contract, which shall have the same effect as this contract, but shall not be in contact with this contract. . The correspondence, fax, and e-mail confirmed by both parties are part of the contract and have contractual effect.

Second, before the conclusion of this contract, the engineering agreement signed by both parties may be used as an auxiliary file of this contract after signing this contract. Where this contract is inconsistent, this contract shall prevail.
