Party A and Party B shall provide the “Application for Entrusted Housing Funds” signed by the unit, and entrust Party C to repay the housing funds according to the “_________ City Housing Provident Fund Extraction Management Measures” and “On the Housing Provident Fund Loan The relevant provisions of the loan, handle the withdrawal of housing provident fund, supplement the housing provident fund or monthly housing subsidy, and transfer the funds into the party's withholding account for repaying the personal housing provident fund loan. Party A and Party B have carefully checked and confirmed the contents of the completed documents when signing this power of attorney. They are aware of the relevant provisions for entrusting the withdrawal of housing funds and have reached this agreement with Party C:

1. On the first working day after Party A’s repayment in the current month, Party C shall withdraw the funds from Party A and Party B’s housing fund account in accordance with the “Regulations on the Housing Funds for the Housing Provident Fund Loan to Remit the Housing Funds to Repay the Loans on a Monthly basis”. Into the Party A withholding account.

2. Party C shall, after Party A repays the principal and interest of the current month in full, and withdraw it according to the repayment amount of Party A's current month.

The balance of the housing fund account of Party A and Party B is greater than the principal and interest of the house loan repaid on a monthly basis, and Party C shall withdraw the principal and interest of the home loan repaid by Party A this month.

The balance of the housing fund account of Party A and Party B is less than the principal and interest of the house loan repaid on a monthly basis. Party C shall draw the balance after the retention of the unitary funds in Party A and Party B's housing funds account, and the insufficient Party A shall promptly make up the payment, otherwise the deduction will be made. The payment failed and was processed as late.

3. The order of housing funds is: Party A supplements housing accumulation fund or monthly housing subsidy, Party B supplements housing accumulation fund or monthly housing subsidy, Party A housing accumulation fund, and Party B housing accumulation fund. After the funds in the previous sequential account are extracted, the funds in the next sequential account are extracted. At least the balance of the Qianyuan should be retained after the above accounts have been transferred.

4. This Agreement shall become effective upon the first withdrawal after the signature of the three parties, and shall be automatically terminated after the withdrawal of the housing funds to repay the principal and interest of the entire loan or after the cancellation of all the housing funds accounts of Party A and Party B. When Party A and Party B voluntarily terminate this Agreement, they shall go to Party C to terminate the formalities.

5. Party A and Party B shall promptly go to Party C to terminate the Agreement on Entrusted Housing Funds and change the application for entrustment to withdraw housing funds when Party A or Party B changes, the relationship between husband and wife, changes in housing fund account or changes in the withholding account. . Otherwise, the resulting responsibility shall be borne by Party A and Party B.

6. During the period of the entry into force of this Agreement, Party A's monthly repayment certificate cannot be used as a housing fund repayment certificate, and it cannot be used for counter withdrawal.

7. Party A and Party B shall, in accordance with the “_________ City Housing Provident Fund Extraction Management Measures”, go to the counter to collect the loan portion that Party A repays in advance or the loan portion that is repaid by the guarantee company.

8. Party A and Party B shall promptly notify the unit of the signing and termination of this Agreement, and ensure that the unit will promptly go to the housing provident fund depositing network to receive the entrusted withdrawal of housing funds certificate.

9. Due to the uncertainty of the amount of time the unit has paid the housing provident fund, Party A should check the balance in the card before the monthly repayment date, and enter sufficient funds in the card memory to ensure monthly. The loan will be repaid in full, and the overdue liability for the loan caused by insufficient balance in the withholding card shall be borne by Party A.

10. If Party C fails to make the payment as scheduled in accordance with this Agreement, Party A and Party B shall have the right to complain to Party C. Party C must handle it carefully and reply and resolve it within 10 working days. Party A and Party B shall bear the responsibility for the failure of the transfer due to the ID card, loan account number, housing fund account number, card number or other reasons provided by Party A and Party B. Party B and Party B shall fail due to the failure of Party C’s work. Party C must Complete the account adjustment within ten working days. Party C shall be liable for breach of contract when Party A and Party B fail to reply and resolve within 10 working days.

11. Party A and Party B must fill in the relevant content with Zhengzheng, and the writing must be clear; Party A and Party B must ensure that the relevant materials and signatures provided are true. Otherwise, the resulting legal disputes and all consequences shall be borne by Party A and Party B.

12. This Agreement shall be made in triplicate, one for each of Party A, Party B and Party C, with the same legal effect.
