Store transfer contract

The contractor Zhao Qian impromptued the business of Sun Li, and both parties hereby entered into this contract for business transfer matters as follows:

I. Subject of transfer: Party A is willing to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary, Xingguo Commercial Bank, located in X City X Road x, and transfer it to Party B.

Second, the transfer price of this piece and its calculation standard:

All the financial instruments of Xingguo Commercial Bank have an inventory price of RMB xx million. The wealth-making appliances and inventories are separately listed and the prices are indicated separately.

The name of the trade name may be extended by the original name, or the name may be changed. Party A shall cooperate with Party B to handle the change of registration procedures for the business name, and shall not defer by reason.

The firm is currently renting the leasehold right located in X City X Road x, and Party A will transfer Party B, and Party A will be responsible for the leaser and Party B to renew the lease for x years, and Party B will change the lease separately, if the lessor is not allowed to renew the lease. Party A shall be liable for compensation if Party B is required to increase rent or other conditions.

VI. Penalty for breach of contract: If either party violates one of the circumstances listed in the deed, the other party has the right to terminate the contract. If Party B defaults, it is willing to pay the item, and Party A will confiscate it; if Party A breaches the contract, it should double the amount received and return it as a breach of contract. If there are other damages, you still have to ask for compensation.

7. Both Party A and Party B shall each guarantor, and shall be liable to the other party for breach of contract. Both parties shall be liable for compensation and shall abandon the right of first-incoming defense.

8. This contract is in quadruplicate and shall be held by both Party A and the guarantor.
