Here, I appoint the designated lawyer to represent me, in my name, status, and, if necessary, to sue all or any of the above rights; and entrust him with or without litigation in the manner that he considers most appropriate. Mediation or trial to finally resolve all or any of the claims I have made; the lawyer I have appointed is fully entitled to employ one or more lawyers instead of being in the process of preparing for prosecution, trial or protest. All or any of the claims fulfill all or part of the legal duties; such attorney fees are borne by the lawyer I appoint, and the fees paid by me for this attorney must not be increased.
In view of the services provided by the lawyers entrusted to me, when mediation is successful without prosecution, I will take one-third of the proceeds of the claim, or reconciliation or judgment after prosecution, and 40% of the claim income. Give the above lawyers or lawyers appointed by me.
Without the consent of the person, the lawyer entrusted may not reach any compromise on my claim.

Hire a perennial legal counsel contract
According to the second paragraph of Article 2 of the "Provisional Regulations of the Lawyers of the People's Republic of China", ______ is to protect the lawful rights and interests of the unit in accordance with the law, and specially hires Chongqing Third Law Firm as a perennial legal consultant. Party B accepts the appointment. After consultations between the two parties, the following provisions shall be concluded and shall be complied with.
1. Party B assigns a lawyer to be the legal counsel of Party A, and provides legal assistance to Party A in accordance with the law to safeguard Party A's legal rights and interests.
2. Party B provides Party A with the following legal assistance:
1. Advising on legal issues in Party A's business;
2. Authorized by Party A to sign or review the economic contract negotiated between Party A and the other party;
3. Review or draft a Chinese legal business document for Party A;
4. Conduct socialist legal system propaganda through the above business activities.
3. The lawyers sent by Party B only provide legal assistance to the method person, and are not obliged to provide legal assistance to the employees of Party A.
4. Party B's lawyers can work at any time.
5. Party A shall provide the lawyers appointed by Party B with the opportunity to participate in the relevant business meetings held by Party A, and provide convenience for Party B's lawyers to perform their duties.
6. Party A shall appoint a special person to undertake the specific legal affairs of the unit and contact the lawyers of Party B frequently.
7. Each year, Party A shall pay Party B the remuneration of the Legal Adviser, and shall pay the third time from the date of the effective date of the contract.
8. The lawyers of Party B shall act as agents for Party A to conduct litigation or non-litigation activities, and shall charge separately according to the charging national law stipulated by the Chongqing Municipal Price Bureau and the Finance Bureau.
9. The legal counsel transportation fee required by Party B's lawyers to perform the obligations of this contract shall be borne by Party A. The amount is _____ yuan.
