Principal agent contract

Due to the ** case, the lawyer of the XX Law Firm of Chongqing Municipality is now entrusted to act as an agent/agent. After full negotiation between the two parties, the contract is concluded as follows:
1. Party B accepts the entrustment of Party A and assigns a lawyer to be the agent of Party A.

5. Party A must truthfully tell the lawyer about the case and provide evidence. After accepting the entrustment, if Party A is found to be making facts and fraudulently, Party B has the right to terminate the agency and the fees charged under this contract will not be refunded.
6. If Party B terminates the contract without reason, the agency fee and the target fee shall be refunded to Party A; if Party A terminates the contract without reason, the agency fee and the target fee shall not be refunded.
7. If one party requests to change the terms of this contract, it shall be separately agreed.
8. This contract shall be signed by both Party A and Party B or its representative.
9. The validity period of this contract: from the date of signing to the end of the case.
