Party A, Party B and Party C have agreed by consensus that Party A will transfer the loan to Party B's bank deposit account after Party C and Party A sign the “Personal Housing Entrusted Loan Loan Contract of the Central State Organs Housing Fund Management Center”. At the same time, Party C shall entrust Party B to act on behalf of Party B for the “Building Ownership Certificate”. After Party B has completed the “Building Ownership Certificate”, Party B shall send the “Building Ownership Certificate” directly to Party A for custody. Without Party A’s consent, Party B shall not The Building Ownership Certificate is handed over to Party C. During the period of custody, Party C shall request Party A to transfer, resell or transfer the housing. Party B must notify Party A in advance and obtain Party A's consent before Party C can handle the relevant procedures.

This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by the three parties, until the "Building Ownership Certificate" is sent to Party A for custody.
