This cooperation contract is handled in accordance with the provisions of the Teacher Training Law and its implementation rules.

1. After Party A has reviewed the students who are qualified for the educational internship (referred to as interns), Party B agrees to conduct teaching internships, tutor internships, administrative internships, and study activities in the educational facilities of Party B.

2. Both parties agree to the evaluation of the internships for each internship, and the relevant provisions of the teacher training and the implementation methods of the educational internship course set by Party A.

3. Party A agrees to provide Party B with advice and counseling on courses and teaching, student counseling, school administration, etc., and provide other assistance as much as possible.

4. If Party A handles the study activities and the in-service training of teachers, Party B's teachers must give priority to sign up.

5. Interns during the internship period of Party B's education, if there is any internship in accordance with the regulations, which is detrimental to Party B's school reputation, or other unsuitable circumstances, etc., if they are still unable to improve through the persuasion, they may terminate the internship and interns. No objection.

6. The period of the educational internship cooperation contract is _____ years.
