Cable digital television service agreement

Article 1 application

1. When Party B applies for opening an account, it is necessary to go to the service outlet designated by Party A to open an account with the valid ID card.

2. The original cable TV users can apply directly and open it within _____ business days. The users who enter the network for the first time must pay the cable TV initial installation fee and network access fee.

3. TV programs for TV broadcasts abroad must be approved according to regulations.

Second charge

1. Party B watches the Rizhao cable digital TV. In addition to the basic programs, other programs can choose their own. The annual one-time prepaid subscription fee is charged according to the program resource charging standard. If the user does not have the renewal fee, Party A will suspend the service. The original cable analog TV basic program tariff standard remains unchanged.

2. This Agreement represents Party A's cable digital TV fee collection agreement, and Party A provides the charging data to the bank as the basis for the allocation. Party B agrees that its payment bank will automatically transfer its account amount to Party A's account through the computer network. And to ensure that the information provided to Party A is correct and true.

3. Party B shall ensure that there is sufficient funds on the designated bank account designated by Party A. If the account is frozen or the balance is insufficient, and the payment cannot be made to Party A, Party A has the right to suspend the service and daily. Liquidated damages are charged on the basis of _________ of the total amount payable.

4. Party B has doubts about cable digital TV charges, and can check with Party A. Party A has the responsibility to provide relevant fees to Party B.

Article 3 Use and maintenance

1. Watching digital TV must be a cable TV legitimate user who has completed various registration procedures and paid the fees on time when the digital TV has been opened.

2. Party A promises to provide cable digital TV service to Party B. Party B has the right to supervise the quality of service and make criticisms, suggestions and reports.

3. Set-top box and software implementation _____ within the year of repair, _____ days replacement service. In addition to the repair period, it is responsible for lifetime maintenance and charges for maintenance costs.

4. Party B changes the cable TV line privately, changes the registered address and bad operation of the set-top box, resulting in poor viewing performance, and Party A is not responsible.

5. If the cable digital TV program transmitted by Party A cannot be provided to Party B due to objective reasons such as changes in national policies, force majeure factors, tariff adjustments, etc., Party A has the right to suspend or adjust the content, channel and number of programs of the program, and Party A will notify Party B through public media in the form of business announcement.

6. If there is an accident or a signal abnormality in the cable digital TV transmission network, Party A shall promptly handle it, and Party B's viewing fee will not be extended.

7. If Party B needs to report stop, resume, program change, set-top box transfer, transfer and transfer for any reason, it shall go through the relevant procedures at Party A's store and pay relevant fees.

8. If the registration is unknown when Party B opens an account, the contact number, correspondence address and postal code are inaccurate, or the procedures are not processed in time after the change, resulting in service delay, and Party A is not responsible.

9. In the event of a dispute arising from the implementation of the agreement, the two parties shall settle the dispute through consultation. If the negotiation fails, both parties may file a lawsuit in the people's court.

10. In addition to this agreement, group purchase users must agree with Party A separately.

11. Cable TV subscribers renting set-top boxes, in addition to this agreement, are required to agree to the terms listed in Party A's set-top box rental rules.
