First, the scope of services and its price:

Party B provides Party A with ____ ____m capacity ____ type web hosting service at a cost of ____ yuan.

Second, the contract period:

Third, the fee and its payment:

1. Party B may open the service for Party A in advance. Party A shall pay the corresponding amount and a copy of the fax payment certificate to Party B within ____ days after the service is opened. If Party B fails to pay or fails to fax the relevant payment certificate to Party B, then Party B Have the right to stop the service and are not responsible for retaining Party A's relevant data.

2. Party B will notify Party A to renew the contract by e-mail or telephone within one month before the expiration of the service according to the order information filled out by Party A. If Party B fails to receive Party A's renewal payment before the expiration date of the service or If the relevant payment certificate is deemed, Party A will not be renewed, Party B has the right to stop the service after the contract expires, and is not responsible for retaining Party A's relevant data.

3. If Party A requests Party B to expand or provide other services, Party B shall pay Party B the corresponding fees according to this contract or other relevant agreements reached between Party A and Party B.

4. Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Party A has the right to manage the content of its website.

2. Party A is responsible for the management of the content of the website, such as adding web pages and setting user passwords.

3. Party A shall pay for the cost of accessing the Internet's telephone line, network service fees or other expenses related to access to the Internet.

4. When Party A needs to obtain the assistance of Party B, Party A shall provide detailed registration information. If Party B cannot confirm the identity of Party A and its account number because the information is unknown, Party A shall not be able to provide corresponding assistance. The party bears it.

5. Responsible for any content uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise transmitted by Party A through Party B's services, and responsible for the security of its own account and password. If Party A discovers any illegal use of its user account, it shall immediately notify Party B.

6. Party A's code of conduct is based on Internet regulations, policies, procedures and practices.

5. Party B's rights and obligations:

1. Party B provides the virtual hosting service with Party A applying for the domain name as the website address.

2. Party B guarantees the quality of website visits during the period of Party A's web hosting service unless it is affected by force majeure.

3. Party B will not disclose, edit or disclose the contents of Party A's website unless it is required by the National Security Agency of the People's Republic of China, the public security department, and according to the corresponding legal procedures.

4. If the information published by Party A's virtual host violates the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, Party B has the right to terminate the virtual host service.

5. If Party B does not provide detailed information or inaccurate information, Party B reserves the right to suspend Party A's use of virtual hosting service.

6. If Party A needs to expand or other services, Party B will charge the corresponding fees.

7. Breach of contract and compensation

1. Any party that directly or indirectly violates any provision of this Agreement or does not undertake or does not undertake the obligations under this Agreement in a timely and sufficient manner constitutes a breach of contract. The party to the contract has the right to correct the party requesting the breach by written notice. The breach of contract and take full, effective and timely measures to eliminate the consequences of breach of contract and compensate the breach by the breaching party for the breach of contract.

2. In addition to force majeure, due to Party B's reasons, Party A's virtual host can't work normally. Party B will compensate for the service time of twice the time of failure. The compensation time is less than one day.

3. Regardless of the circumstances, Party B shall bring losses to Party A due to its fault in the course of implementing the Terms of Service, and the total amount of compensation paid to Party A shall not exceed the service fee that Party A has paid to Party B.

4. If Party B is punished or claimed by a third party due to Party A's reasons, or Party B loses the server due to Party A's delivery of spam or other reasons, Party B has the right to request from Party A. Compensation.

Eight, force majeure

1. "Force Majeure" means an event that the parties to the contract cannot reasonably control, unforeseeable or even foreseeable and cannot be avoided. The event obstructs, affects or delays the performance of any or all of its obligations under this contract. The event includes, but is not limited to, government actions, backbone communication line failures, customer equipment failures, recipients' intention to reject Party B's mail, recipient host server failures, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires or other natural disasters, wars or any other Similar incidents, network viruses, and "hacker" behavior.

2. A party suffering from a force majeure event may temporarily suspend the performance of its obligations under this Agreement until the impact of the force majeure event is eliminated, and there is no need to bear the liability for breach of contract; however, every effort should be made to overcome the incident and mitigate its negative effects.

9. Settlement of disputes

1. In the event of any dispute between the parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its execution, the parties shall conduct friendly consultations; if the negotiation fails, either party may submit the arbitration to the _______ Arbitration Commission.

2. The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this Agreement and resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

X. Changes and dissolution of the agreement

1. There is no restriction on the rights of a party under the law or other terms of this contract. If any of the following circumstances occurs in any of the parties to this contract, the other party has the right to terminate this contract in advance by written notice:

1.1 A party breaches the contract and within ____ days after the signatory party issues a written notice in accordance with this contract, it still does not correct its breach of contract or fails to take full, effective and timely measures to eliminate the consequences of breach of contract and compensate the breaching party for breach of contract by the defaulting party. The loss caused by the act;
