Circuit decoration design agreement template

Party A: _________ Party B: _________ Party A entrusts Party B to design and manufacture circuits for it, and completes the tasks for quality and quantity. The following agreements are reached through negotiation between Party A and Party B:

1. Before signing this Agreement, Party A shall provide Party B with a detailed circuit design task book to clarify the functions and parameters of the design and manufacture of the circuit; the task book shall serve as the basis for Party B's design and manufacture of the circuit.

2. Before signing this Agreement, Party A shall read in detail the description of the circuit design rules of Party B.

3. Before signing this Agreement, Party B shall submit a detailed list of circuit design fees to Party A and detail the relevant matters.

4. Agreement termination Termination Party A terminates the agreement: Party A shall bear all the expenses already used for the circuit design and pay Party B's corresponding labor costs; Party B shall have the right to recover all the information and products related to circuit design that have been submitted to Party A. Party B retains all rights to the design.

Party B terminates the agreement: Party B bears all the expenses already used for the circuit design and returns all the fees paid by Party A before then.

The above two are invalid when the irresistible factor occurs.

When this Agreement is changed due to design needs, both parties will resolve it through negotiation.
