Road Traffic Accident Compensation Agreement

On the day of the month and the day, when the vehicle driving the license plate number of the vehicle was driven to the vicinity of the county road residential area, a traffic accident occurred indirectly with Party A, causing personal injury on the spot and the property was damaged accordingly. Party A, Party B and Party C voluntarily reached the following agreement on compensation matters:

1. Party B and Party C shall voluntarily compensate Party A for all kinds of statutory personal injury compensation items and property loss items for a total of RMB 10,000.

2. Party A agrees to accept the above compensation and waive all other rights to Party B and Party C, and no longer requires Party B and Party C to make any form of compensation or assume any other responsibility. If Party A and other interested parties of Party A make any request to Party B, Party A shall be responsible for handling the settlement.

3. After the signing of this Agreement, in order to facilitate Party B and Party C to make insurance claims, Party A, Party B and Party C agree to cooperate with each other to resolve the compensation for this accident through non-litigation or litigation. If the amount of compensation determined by the court or the mediation statement is inconsistent with this Agreement, the three parties shall still guarantee the performance of the amount of compensation agreed upon in this Agreement. The relevant litigation fees, legal fees and handling costs shall be borne by both parties.

4. Party B shall pay Party A the compensation amount on the date of the entry into force of this Agreement. The remaining amount shall be paid in full by Party B on the date of the judgment issued by the court.
