Model of house demolition entrustment agreement

Client: _______________________ Trustee: _______________________ Party A and Party B agree that Party B shall handle the house demolition of Party A. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, this Agreement shall be concluded after full negotiation between the parties in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and its relevant laws and regulations.

Article 1 Entrusted Party A entrusts Party B to deal with Party B's demolition matters required for construction, including compensation for the relocated households, resettlement and other matters related to demolition.

Second fee and its payment

The payment for the demolition work of Party B is RMB _________ yuan. When Party B completes the _____% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B _____% of the demolition expenses; when Party B completes the _____% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B the demolition expenses ______%, and all completed ________ Within the entire project, Party B shall pay the total demolition expenses according to the demolition area: RMB _________ yuan per square meter. When Party B completes the ______% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B _____% of the demolition expenses; when Party B completes the ______% of the demolition work, Party A shall pay Party B the demolition expenses ______%; after completion, _________ Within the scope of payment of all demolition expenses to Party B: _________________________________________________________. When Party B handles the entrusted affairs, other expenses and losses shall be borne by itself.

Article 3 In case of any situation in the process of demolition, Party B shall make a written report to Party A. After the demolition work is completed as a whole, a written report with detailed explanation shall be given to Party A.

Article 4 Remuneration and payment

After Party B has properly completed all the matters entrusted to handle, Party A shall pay Party B a one-time payment of RMB ________ yuan within _______ after its completion. Due to natural reasons, if the force majeure factors such as government policies cause the cost agreement to be completed, Party A will not pay this remuneration after paying the second actual expenses of Party B.
