Third, the rights and obligations of both parties:

3. Party B does not need to notify Party A when it is perfecting the above services;

4. Party B shall complete Party A's relevant Internet service requirements in strict accordance with the agreement between the two parties and the negotiation between the two parties.

5. Party B can make flexible service changes according to the relevant requirements of Party A, so as to better adapt to changes in Party A's related network requirements such as website production.
