In order to safeguard the interests of both parties and standardize the business activities of both parties, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreements on matters related to online banking services based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit:
1. Both Party A and Party B shall abide by this Agreement and the "_________ Online Banking Charter".
2. The original nature of each account of Party B's access to Party A's online banking system remains the same, and all business can still be handled at the business counter of Party A's branch office.
3. Party B shall apply for registration according to the online banking registration procedure prescribed by Party A, correctly fill out the “_________ Online Banking Enterprise Customer Registration Form” and provide relevant information. Party B shall ensure that the online banking registration form and the information provided are true, accurate and complete.
4. In the process of using online banking , Party B may change the relevant information, such as adding or deleting accounts, adding or modifying customer information, adding or revoking branches, branch bank accounts, account numbers, account names, etc., invalidated, updated, Loss of customer certificates, etc., shall be handled in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Party A, otherwise the risks and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by Party B.
5. The client certificate refers to the file stored on the physical media such as ic card or usbkey. The client certificate and password are the only valid basis for Party B to confirm the identity of Party B when entering Party A's online banking system. All online banking operations performed with customer certificates and passwords are considered to be the customer's actions.
6. If the customer's certificate of Party B is damaged or lost, the password is forgotten or the code is locked, it shall go to the _________ acceptance network to update or report the loss. The update or loss report will take effect from the date of official completion. Party B shall bear the loss of funds incurred before the update or loss report takes effect. Party B shall properly keep the client's certificate and password. If Party B is responsible for any loss or dispute caused by improper storage or password disclosure, Party B shall be responsible for it.
7. If Party B needs to suspend use or resume using Party A's online banking system, it shall go through the relevant procedures with valid information to the account opening bank. Party A shall freeze or unfreeze its client certificate in accordance with Party B's request.
8. The validity period of the customer certificate is one year. After the expiration of the customer certificate, if it needs to continue to use, Party B should go to the account opening bank to complete the renewal procedures.
9. Party B shall pay the following fees when using Party A's online banking service:
1. Client certificate cost: ic card for media, _________ yuan per piece; usbkey for media, _________ yuan per piece.
2. Ic card reader: _________ yuan per unit.
3. Customer Certificate Annual Service Fee: RMB _________ per piece.
4. Customer certificate loss reporting fee: RMB _________ yuan each time.
5. Online business transactions are still charged in accordance with the original business-related charging standards.
Party B agrees that Party A shall deduct from its account the relevant fees payable for handling online banking services.
X. Party A is obliged to promptly and accurately execute the electronic instructions transmitted by Party B and return business processing information to Party B in a timely manner.
11. If Party B has doubts about its business handled by Party A's online banking, Party B may inquire into Party A. Party A shall inform Party B of the investigation results within 3 working days from the date of receiving the inquiry.
12. Party A shall keep confidential the application materials and enterprise information provided by Party B according to law.
13. If Party B needs to terminate the use of Party A's online banking services, Party B may apply to Party A for online banking cancellation registration procedures to terminate this Agreement. If Party B violates the _________ Online Banking Charter or this Agreement, Party A also has the right to suspend or cancel the eligibility of Party B's online banking function and suspend or terminate this Agreement.
14. When applying for the group customer business, the branch of the group enterprise shall fill in the “_________ Online Bank Authorization for the Group Enterprise Business Notice”, _________ to handle the group customer business based on this.
15. In the course of the performance of this Agreement, in the event of a dispute, Party A and Party B shall settle the matter through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the case may be brought to the People's Court of Party A.
16. This Agreement shall enter into force after the signature of both parties.
17. This Agreement shall be in the form of _________ copies, and both parties shall hold _________ copies.
18. Party A has brought to the attention of Party B a comprehensive and accurate understanding of the terms of this Agreement, and has made corresponding clauses at the request of Party B. The signatory parties have a consistent understanding of the meaning of this Agreement.
