School House Demolition Agreement

Party A: Baihu Town Junior High School

Party B:

Party A will let Party B demolition, clearing garbage and leveling the site in the 9 houses in front of the school cafeteria. The following agreement was reached through negotiation between the two parties:

1. Contracting method

Party B shall adopt the all-inclusive method and shall complete the demolition and site cleaning work on November 6-7, 2019. The demolished bricks are transported away by Party A, and Party B bears all expenses such as garbage removal and site leveling. The strips, tiles, doors and windows of the house are owned by Party B. After the dismantling is completed, the on-site garbage is required to be cleaned and cleaned, and the site is clean and tidy without any remnants.

2. Demolition fee settlement

Party A shall debit the demolition expenses to Party B in accordance with the provisions of Article 1.

3. Security responsibility

Party B shall be responsible for the dismantling of the safety work, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility for any safety accidents that occur during the dismantling process.

The above agreement will take effect after the signature of both parties.
