Prenuptial agreement

Both sides are free to fall in love, and both parties are ready to marry. They are willing to build a love nest and grow old, but in order to prevent possible property disputes in the future, the two sides have rationally negotiated and reached the following agreement on pre-marriage and post-marriage property:

First, after Party A and Party B get married, Party B voluntarily confiscates all the property before and after marriage to Party A. Party B automatically waives the property right after marriage. If any party from both sides proposes a divorce, Party B has no right to control all property. They are all handled and obtained by Party A.

Second, the debts before and after the marriage of Party A and Party B shall be borne by the debtor itself. After the marriage, Party B shall bear the personal investment and the debts generated by the investment without the consent of Party A.

Third, due to the nature of Party B’s work, Party A cannot master it, and the daily bed fee is 300 yuan.

4. Party C and Ding Fang are witnesses to this agreement to prove that Party B's Party B signed the agreement on the premise of being sober and completely voluntary.

5. This agreement is valid and legally binding after being signed by the four parties.

6. This agreement is in quadruplicate, and both parties shall hold two copies.
