According to the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant regulations, both parties shall sign this contract on an equal and voluntary basis.
1. According to the production needs of Party A , seasonal temporary workers are required. If Party B meets the conditions for recruitment, it will be voluntarily registered, and those who pass the examination will be hired.
Second, after the employment, during the production period, according to the piece rate standard, regular payment, no longer enjoy any other expenses.
3. During the production period, Party A shall provide Party B with the labor protection articles required for production, and no longer enjoy the labor insurance benefits other than production.
4. Party B must abide by the following factory regulations.
1. Go to work in accordance with the regulations and obey the working arrangements of Party A.

3, take care of the company's property, keep your own tool supplies. Compensation for loss occurs.
4, pay attention to environmental sanitation, meals in the company canteen unified, not allowed to eat in the workshop.
5. No items in the factory may be shipped without the permission of Party A.
6. Do your job in strict accordance with the management regulations of Party A to ensure product quality.
7. If the salary is more than 25 days, the salary will be paid on the company's prescribed date, and will not be issued at other times.
5. If the factory regulations are violated, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and dismiss it; if Party B is dissatisfied with the factory work arrangement, salary or other reasons, it also has the right to cancel the contract and leave the factory.
6. This contract shall be signed at the time of employment each year, and shall be effective upon signature or seal of both parties, and shall terminate when the employment ends.
7. Pay attention to safe production. If Party B violates the accidents caused by the operating procedures, Party B shall be responsible for the main responsibility; Party B shall be responsible for the medical expenses and wages during the medical period due to unavoidable work accidents.
