Real estate gift contract
The donor x x x, the recipient x x x, conclude the following gift contract:
Article 1 Party A shall donate the post-recorded real property to the other party in accordance with the following provisions.
Article 2 Party A shall, in conjunction with Party B, carry out the registration and transfer procedures for real estate transfer after x x x x x x x x.
Article 3 The transfer of the preceding article is delivered to Party B under the current conditions. From the date of signing to x x x x year x x x, Party B shall inherit as the lessor of the post-real estate building.
Party A shall deliver the aforementioned housing lease contract to Party B.
Article 4 After Party B is granted the post-mortem of real property, Party B shall be responsible for raising the husband and wife of Party A.
However, Party B shall pay the rent of the real estate lease from the postscript to the Party A before the monthly payment.
However, when one of the partners is ill, or when the child is born, the two parties may re-negotiate the foregoing agreement.
Article 5 Party B may restore this contract if one of the following circumstances occurs:
When the above-mentioned maintenance obligations are not fulfilled.
A serious crime was committed against Party A.
Article 6 If Party B is subject to a contract of restoration for any of the preceding articles, Party B shall not transfer the post-recorded real property and shall immediately return it to Party A.
Article 7 If the post-recorded immovable property is damaged before the transfer registration or delivery date as described in Article 2, the gift of the real estate building shall be recovered after the restoration, and only the land shall be donated.
Party B may not pay the maintenance fee in the fourth article.
