Regular gift contract

The donor x x x, the recipient x x x, and the parties conclude the contract for the periodic gift as follows:

Article 1 Party A provides Party B's custody and parenting subsidy for x x x, which is donated to RMB x x yuan at the end of June and the end of December.

Article 2 The period of the first article is a regular gift period, starting from June 30 of x x x x to the adulthood of Party C.

Article 3 Party B and Party B may restore this contract if they have a clear behavior in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law.

This contract is made in two copies, and each of Party A and Party B is responsible for one copy.
