Chattel gift contract

The donor x x x, the recipient x x x, both parties sign this contract for the gift of the book, the conditions are as follows:

Article 1 Party A will give the book of the postscript to Party B.

Article 2 Party A shall deliver the postscript book to Party B before x x x x x x x.

Article 3 Party B shall place the books to be presented in the reading room of Party B and appoint an administrator. Member reading is provided, and the storage fee is borne by Party B.

Article 4 If Party B fails to perform the contract or fulfills its obligation to keep it, Party A may restore the contract.

Article 5 If Party B intends to dissolve the association, the handling of the books received shall be in accordance with Party A's instructions.

This contract is issued in two copies, with each party holding a copy.
