Party A’s obligations:

Article 5 Party B's rights and obligations Party B's rights:

Party B’s obligations:
1. Comply with national laws, regulations and various rules and regulations within the market, and operate legally;

3. Party B is the person responsible for the safety of the leased booth, responsible for the safety and fire safety of the booth, and abides by the fire safety and electricity safety management regulations in the market, and does not sell toxic, harmful, flammable or explosive materials. Indiscriminately connecting the power supply, not using the electrical appliances in violation of the rules, the offender bears the corresponding legal responsibility;
4. Care for public facilities in the market, maintain the capacity, appearance and market environment;
5, civilized business, courtesy service, operating within the specified scope. Do not sell reactionary, obscene, feudal, superstitious, counterfeit and shoddy goods; do not arbitrarily pile up, chaos, and hang items;
6. Party B shall not arbitrarily withdraw the rent, sublease or transfer the booth in the middle. If Party B has special reasons, it is necessary to withdraw the rent, sublet, and transfer the booth in the middle, subject to the consent of Party A.
Article 6 Liability for breach of contract
1. Both Party A and Party B shall perform their respective obligations under this contract to ensure the normal performance of the contract;
2. Party A terminates the contract in advance, and Party B collects liquidated damages from Party A according to the booth rent of ____%;
3. Without the written permission of Party A, Party B will terminate the lease, sublease and transfer without authorization.
