Party A and Party B reached an agreement on housing leasing through friendly consultations as follows:

1. Lease location and facilities:

1. Lease address: Road Lane Room; room type specification; living area square meter;

Second, the lease period and its agreement:

1. Lease period: Party A agrees with Party B's rental year; from the date of the year to the year and month;

2. House rent: RMB per month;

3. Payment method: According to the payment, the deposit will be paid separately, and the rental will be terminated. After the acceptance of Party A is correct, the deposit will be refunded to Party B without interest.

The first payment is denominated in RMB;

4. The water, electricity, gas, telephone, cable TV and sanitation charges during the lease period shall be paid by Party B, and the expenses for property management and house repair shall be paid by Party A;

5. During the lease period, Party B may terminate the contract in one of the following circumstances, recover the right to use the house, Party B shall bear all the responsibilities, and compensate Party A for the loss.

Party B sub-leases, transfers or lends the house without authorization;

Party B uses the rented house to carry out illegal activities to the public interest;

Party B has no longer defaulted on the rent of the house;

Do not pay all fees for three consecutive months.

Third, the responsibilities and obligations of both parties:

1. Party B shall pay the water, electricity, coal, telephone and other expenses on time, and shall submit the above bills to Party A. Party A shall supervise and inspect the above fees;

2. In any case, Party B cannot convert the deposit into house rent;

3. During the lease period, Party A must ensure the normal residence of Party B, and may not sublease the house rented by Party B to any third party; or increase the rent during the lease term;

4. After the lease expires, if Party B needs to continue to use it, it shall submit it one month in advance, and Party A may give priority under the same conditions according to the actual situation;

5. During the lease term, if either party A or Party B has to cancel the agreement in special circumstances, it must notify the other party one month in advance and terminate this agreement after negotiation;

6. Party B shall stay in the property to keep the surrounding environment clean and tidy, and Party B shall bear full responsibility for any accident;

7. Party B shall not arbitrarily change the indoor structure and cherish the use of indoor facilities. If the damage is caused, Party A shall compensate Party A accordingly; if natural damage occurs, Party A shall promptly notify Party A and cooperate with Party A to promptly repair it.

4. Other unfinished matters shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B. Negotiations may not be handled in accordance with the relevant current regulations or submitted to the relevant arbitration authorities for arbitration.

This Agreement shall be made in triplicate. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and shall enter into force upon signing.
