The above listed houses managed by ____ Housing Management are rented to the ____ store for use. The parties agree to enter into the following terms:

1. This lease is a certificate for Party B to obtain the right to use the rented house. Both Party A and Party B have the obligation to abide by the state's housing laws, policies, and laws.

2. The amount of rent for the house is determined by the lessor based on the current rent standard of the city. The rental amount may be adjusted due to changes in housing conditions or rent standards. The monthly rent, the lessee should pay off by the 15th of the month.

3. Party A shall inspect and repair the houses and equipment according to the standard of public housing repair in this Municipality to ensure safe use and normal use. Under normal circumstances, if the inspection is not timely and the maintenance is not timely, and the house collapses and the lessee suffers economic losses, the lessor is responsible for compensation.

4. The lessor identifies the house as dangerous and cannot continue to use it. When it must be vacated, the lessee should move out on schedule.

5. The lessee shall be responsible for the safekeeping and use of the rented houses and interior decoration equipment. If the damage is caused by improper care or improper use, the lessee is responsible for repair or compensation.

6. The lessee may not arbitrarily dismantle or add to the house or equipment. If it is absolutely necessary, the consent of the lessor may be obtained in advance or an agreement may be signed before the commencement of work. Otherwise, the lessee shall be responsible for the restoration of the original condition.

7. When the lessee retires the house, the lessor shall notify the lessor seven days before the following procedures:

Pay the rent, heating costs and compensation payable;
Pay the house and decoration equipment responsible for storage according to the lease;
Recover the lease.

8. The lessor may terminate the lease and recover the house if one of the following circumstances occurs:

Subletting, lending or privately exchanging rented houses;
Changing the purpose of the lease without the consent of the lessor;
Unreasonably delaying the rent for more than three months.

9. If the leased house endangers the safety or health of the lessee, even if the lessee knows that the quality of the lease is unqualified when the contract is concluded, the lessee can still cancel the contract at any time.

10. The lease shall come into effect on the date of independence, in duplicate, and Party A and Party B shall each hold one copy. If there are any outstanding matters, the parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation.
