Party A entrusts Party B to lease the vehicle; in order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, this Agreement is signed by both parties as follows:

First, the vehicle:

Party B shall, at the request of Party A, provide the vehicle for the seat. The number of persons allowed is for the person. If the number exceeds the number, the driver shall have the right to refuse the load. Otherwise, Party A shall be responsible for all liabilities.

1. Party B shall quote according to the approximate itinerary provided by Party A. If Party A actually uses the vehicle, it shall exceed the original plan and shall be denominated according to the new itinerary. Otherwise, Party B's driver has the right to refuse to carry it. During the use of the car, Party A shall be responsible for the food and accommodation of the driver of Party B.

The fee includes, does not include: all tolls, bridge fees, parking fees.

2. In order to ensure the rights and interests of both parties, Party A shall pay at least 50% of the guarantee money to Party B when determining the use of the vehicle. If Party A cancels the use of the vehicle, the deposit will not be refunded.

For a single pick-up and drop-off car, Party A can only reserve the waiting time for more than one hour. Otherwise, the driver will pay the overtime fee of ¥100 per hour. Party B will arrive at the designated place on time according to the appointment time. Otherwise, Party B will default on the deduction of ¥100. 50 minutes, will compensate the entire loss of Party A.

3. The issue of car departure shall be arranged by Party A in a reasonable manner, but it is solemnly declared that Party A shall not use Party B's car for illegal purposes and shall not carry flammable materials; it shall not force the driver to do things that violate laws and ethics, and may not overload, otherwise Party B The right to refuse; the legal and economic problems caused by Party A shall be borne by Party A.

4. The driver of Party B shall abide by the company's various rules and regulations and shall be dispatched on time; the driver's driving regulations must be observed and there is a certain professional ethic.

5. Party B is responsible for life accident insurance during the contract period, and Party A is responsible for the insurance of the customer leaving the vehicle.

6. During the contract period, Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused by traffic accidents and other accidents caused by non-Party reasons. If Party A causes reasons, Party A shall bear all responsibility.

Third, liability for breach of contract:

If Party A and Party B violate the contract, the defaulting party shall be liable to the observant party. Party B shall not participate in any economic and legal responsibilities, but Party B shall be obliged to mediate from it.

Four: contract term

This contract is effective from the date of the year, until the day of the month. After the expiration, if both parties agree, the lease contract can be signed again.

V. Contract text

This contract is made in two copies, and Party A/Party B shall each hold one copy. This contract is effective when it is signed by both parties and has legal responsibility.
