In accordance with the principle of honesty and trustworthiness and mutually beneficial cooperation, Party A and Party B reached the following consensus on the lease of the store in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China:

Article 1: Party A voluntarily leases the XXX No. XXX, Jinliduo Jinxiuyuan, Zhuyang Town, Xxxx County to Party B for hairdressing business. Party B shall not use the store for other purposes, and may not use the store to carry out illegal activities such as crimes.

Article 2: Lease term: 1 year, from August 31, 2019 to August 30, 2019.

Article 3: The rent after tax is RMB 10,000. The rent will be paid by Party B to Party A one time before July 30, 2019. Party A will issue a receipt for payment. If Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed, this contract will be void and Party A has the right to take back the store. Party B must move Party B's own items out of the space to which the store belongs before July 30, 2019.

Article 4: Within one month before the expiration of the contract, if Party B requests to continue to rent the store, the two parties reach an agreement and re-sign the contract to renew the lease. But the rent needs to be renegotiated. If a new contract is not signed one month before the contract, Party B shall remove Party B’s own items from the space to which the store belongs before the expiration of the contract period.

Article 5: The water fee, electricity fee, natural gas fee and various taxes and fees during the lease period shall be borne and paid by Party B. If Party B is responsible for the fines and late fees incurred due to non-payment or late payment of the above fees, Party B shall be responsible for it.

Article 6: Party A shall hand over one of Party B's water card, two key shutter keys, one natural gas smart card, and one natural gas user, and Party B shall send the receipt of the receipt to Party A.

Article 7: Party B shall pay to Party A the deposit of RMB 佰 yuan, and the receipt of the receipt by Party A. Article 9: During the performance of the contract, Party B may sublease it to a third party with the consent of Party A, and Party A and the third party re-sign the lease contract, and the lease contract signed between Party A and Party B shall be invalid. Without the permission of Party A, Party B will sublease without authorization. Party A has the right to unilaterally take back the store and cancel the contract. Article 10: During the contract period, Party B does not want to continue to use the store due to Party B's own reasons. Article 11: After the contract is terminated, the decoration fee has nothing to do with Party A.
