Upon mutual agreement and agreement, this contract shall be concluded in accordance with the Economic Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
1. The business license, official seal or deed of contract used by Party B shall be true and valid. In the case of counterfeiting and exceeding the limitation period, Party B shall be responsible for all economic and legal responsibilities. 2. Party B leases Party A forklift. 4. Party B's driver should check the vehicle's engine oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, tire pressure, etc. daily, and use the oil properly; if problems are found, they must be resolved immediately, and vice versa. Party B shall bear the cost of fuel for the rental vehicle.
5. Party B shall take good care of the use of the vehicle and its facilities to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition. Party B shall not mortgage, resell, sublease or engage in other illegal activities of Party A's vehicles. If such incident occurs, Party B shall bear legal responsibility. In the event of a stolen or fraudulent use of a vehicle, the loss, damage or loss of the rental vehicle shall be compensated according to the price; and the loss of the stop shall be paid according to the daily rent standard stipulated in this contract. If the vehicle parts of Party A are dismantled, they will be punished by five times the daily rent. Repairs and depreciation charges are incurred for repairs. If the vehicle is unable to drive during the repair period, Party B shall pay for the stop loss according to the daily rent standard stipulated in this contract.
6. Party B shall consciously abide by safety and traffic regulations during the lease term and bear all liabilities and economic losses arising from violations of laws, laws, and accidents; Party A shall not bear any expenses and joint liabilities.
7. At the end of the lease term, Party B shall deliver the leased vehicle to Party A's location and keep the vehicle clean when returning the vehicle.
8. When Party A believes that the safety of the rented vehicle and related rights and interests are threatened, Party A has the right to take back the taxi. At the same time, in the course of use, Party B violates the provisions of this contract, Party A has the right to withdraw the vehicle at any time, terminate the contract, and collect the corresponding compensation fee from Party B.

9. The right to interpret this contract belongs to Party A. If the matter is not completed, the parties may negotiate separately.
X. This contract is made in two copies and shall become effective after being signed and sealed by both parties.
