In the practice of human resources management, the kind of “teaming” that I have been emphasizing is not the management of this advantage? A high-performance team's demand for talent is diversified, that is, the team is a “all-rounder,” but the “all-rounder” team does not require every member of the team to be a generalist, but only needs each member to be good at themselves. Be good at the side and play the biggest role of the individual.
When we understand this truth, the key now is how we know ourselves, explore the uniqueness that we can't be replaced by others and bring economic benefits to the company, and we also enjoy the process of creating value. This is a compulsory course in every career and an important skill that we must master in the workplace. Before mastering this skill in the "model", we must first ask ourselves "from our own consideration, what is hindering us."
Failure is not necessarily the mother of success
In class, I often ask my classmates the same questions. "Which circumstances do you think that learning is very necessary?" The answer is not my expectation. “I found that when I was short of certain aspects, I would invest time and energy to make up for it.” This idea is deeply ingrained in everyone’s minds. Most people think that “undercorrection” is a key factor in promoting their success and career development. The school has always been so educated. We pay more attention to our own shortcomings. These shortcomings are our weakest link. If there are problems in these links, then we will fail. The question is: Can we make up for these shortcomings, can we succeed, or do we get a sense of accomplishment at work? If so, there will be plenty of successful people around us.
The ancient Chinese teaching tells us that “failure is the mother of success”, but advantage management tells us that failure only allows us to learn the characteristics of failure. If we want to succeed, we must learn to understand the characteristics of success. Only by consuming ourselves on the characteristics of success can we approach success, even if the quantitative change has not yet reached qualitative change. In this process, we will gain a sense of pleasure. We are doing what we are interested in and doing well, and we will also affirm ourselves in the whole process. If we don't find our own strengths and act arbitrarily, we are running all the way on the wrong road.
There are too many people around us who have proved this theory. When I was in college, many students didn't study very well. Even if they worked hard, it would be difficult to see results in the discipline. But after entering the workplace, the phenomenon of "poor" becoming "elite" is not uncommon. The development of professional direction is also abound. These examples tell us that the failures and unsuccessfulness of the past are the deviations from the positioning of talent potential, and changing the direction of efforts will make everything possible.
In the end, it is the ideological misunderstanding that hinders the way of our elite. First, we believe that the most weak aspects can be made to make the greatest progress. Second, most people think that making themselves "all-rounders" can be successful. The actual situation tells us that a person is most interested in his own advantages, most creative, and most willing to learn new things. Moreover, a good team member does not need to be a "all-rounder", and there is no such person in reality. To create high performance, the team needs a “all-rounder” team, and this is precisely the individual in the team who is personally superior and is good at doing what he is good at.

Understand this truth, the next step is to find out how to find out its own advantages. I don't know if you have ever noticed this situation. When some people are asked to describe their own disadvantages, they often circle around. The description of these disadvantages sounds like a good one. For example: "My weakness is that I care too much about things", "I am too pursuing perfection", "I always habitually set too high standards for myself and ask myself to achieve"... as an interviewer I can understand the packaged answers to these questions in order to show myself positively. But if you really let everyone describe their own advantages, they find that they all understand the advantages and even have conceptual errors.
If you read "Now, find your strengths" book will know, advantage = talent + skills + knowledge. Talents are innate and cannot be acquired in the day after tomorrow. Skills and knowledge are not born. They can be learned through our study and repeated practice, that is, let us learn and practice the labor to become the advantage that leads us to success. Talent is the target of success. Talent is the element of personality, we like it, we are willing to try it, and we are willing to learn new things in this aspect. In this kind of experience, we find our own advantages, but the things that are good at it do not contain our advantages, because we may not give us positive emotions in this good thing. Even if we make achievements, we cannot In this process, I feel happiness. In this way, we can judge what kind of advantages we have from our daily behaviors. Behind those things that make us happy and feel strong, we have to dig constantly.
Every college student will outline his or her role countless times before starting a professional journey. Once we enter the workplace, we will find that everything is not as beautiful as it is supposed to be. Therefore, we have the feeling of being surrounded by the city, and then there are all kinds of complaints. I also experienced this helplessness, and the resulting job burnout made me choose to leave. Complaining about the environment does not give you opportunities. After everything has changed, everything has been staged. From complaining to grievances, I began to doubt myself, doubt IQ, doubt EQ, and find that I have nothing to do, and my confidence is greatly reduced. After all this, fortunately I finally found myself back.
Looking back on the road I have traveled, my deep experience is the blind obedience of university life. As a college student, how to make yourself into a model when you can't change the environment, and create opportunities for yourself during college. Experience is the "touchstone" of understanding oneself, to explore their own talents in the process of practice, and then to learn in a targeted manner.
