In fact, similar situations are not uncommon in the recruitment of various types of enterprises. Nowadays, it is difficult to describe the recruitment of outstanding talents with one hundred miles. In stark contrast to this, it is the noisy scene of the crowd recruitment meeting, and the three-digit job resume in the HR mailbox every day. Among them, from undergraduate to master's degree, from home to returning to the sea, only from the perspective of education, a boom, but the average job matching after the layer of interviews, but less than 15%.
Does the company not accept inexperienced college students at all? Obviously not. Experience is important, but the advantages of newcomers in the workplace are equally prominent. Newcomers in the workplace are fresh blood. Newcomers with strong learning ability and ability to integrate can provide a powerful driving force for the metabolism and sustainable development of the workplace. As long as you understand the principle of giving full play to the advantages, there will be unlimited development space in the competition.
Therefore, the core issue is not what the company wants, but what the company wants. For newcomers with short-term workplace experience, the standard should be: independent, mature, able to withstand pressure, good learning, and good cooperation. Obviously, the applicants basically do not think that they do not have any of the above qualities, so when the reality of the unsuccessful election is in front of us, most people will have doubts. Which point does I not meet? The reason is that this standard is far from being as simple as it seems. It is neither a skill that can be taught by a job search book or a strategy, nor is it a job for a week or two during the probationary period. It sinks into the heart and only floats in the face. Therefore, when we graduated, we are not actually interviewing a certain company, but whether we have completed the transformation and transformation of ourselves during the university. Every transformation that we have experienced at this time has naturally become an inevitable result.
Independence is ability, maturity is mentality <br /> Independent consciousness and mature mentality are not naturally formed with the natural growth of age. Every growth must be accompanied by some kind of touch, perhaps the ecstasy of success, perhaps the powerlessness of failure. It may be driven by its own internal power, and more is passively accepted. In short, these experiences have made us feel the psychological fluctuations of achievements, smallness, shock, and jealousy.
The first is the independence of thinking. But please note that it is not a rude rebellion. A mature way of establishing an independent status in the family is to give the family enough security to let the family trust that you can handle the problem rationally, without worrying that you will be rash. For example, when the family and you hold different opinions, when the two sides hold each other's words, do they choose to calmly analyze, or shut up, or even grow up? In the conflict, we must not only force ourselves to form a sense of controlling emotions, but also how to calm other people's emotions, abandon negative cold treatment, and understand the opinions of family members. At the same time, we should calmly explain the pros and cons, try to persuade or form a compromise plan. In the long run, when you walk into the society to face the doubts of colleagues, the obstacles to communication, and even misunderstandings, these accumulated thinking habits can help you get rid of the deadlock and predicament quickly.
Some sociologists have conducted relevant surveys to show that children who grew up in a big family and have a good relationship with their brothers and sisters have better communication and integration skills than their only children, and they show strong persuasiveness in the organization. Endurance, the truth is very simple, and the subtle ways of communication and awareness have laid a professional quality that is good at active communication and problem solving.
Second is the independence of the economy. Economic independence is the biggest engine to accelerate its own socialization. It allows itself to have independent control over the economy through its work, which is conducive to the acquisition of a sense of accomplishment and to the accumulation of social experience. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the choices. The employment during the university cannot be the only guide for the economic goals. The meaning and skills of each job should be clearly defined and the industry experience should be harvested.
The simplest and most difficult of these is independent of parents. Therefore, as a psychological suggestion, from the day when the new student reported, we should grab the baggage of the father's shoulder, stride into the school gate, and declare the beginning of independence to tomorrow. Social practice in college can be divided into three stages. The first stage is purely part-time work. As long as it is not illegal, you can do whatever kind of work, but even if you are cleaning, try to establish contact with big brands, so that you can feel the management mode and culture of the company. Nowadays, many well-known enterprises have internships or Guan Peisheng projects for college students. They are familiar with the mode of business operation from the front line, basic workplace etiquette, norms, basic division of labor, etc., and experience for the second job. Ask to lay the foundation.
The second phase is targeted at the profession or the industry you want to develop in the future, and march toward its low threshold. In this part, we must base ourselves on this post, pay attention to the deep understanding of the enterprise and the industry, familiar with the management structure, promotion space, business process, and especially evaluate the matching of industry and position in the process. Find out the strengths and weaknesses of doing this industry, and whether it is inconsistent with the original imagination, and start to build your own network. For example, I am a student of human resources. I am eager to go to Apple's HR after graduation. In terms of my current professionalism, the core position is definitely unattainable. I will apply for HR interns, even if I have tea. It doesn't matter if you order a meal. The key is to observe, summarize and ask questions in trivial matters.
In the third stage, we entered the actual combat. With the tempering of the first two stages of four semester winter and summer vacations, with the clear distinction between “whether you like it” and “can you be competent”, you may not be able to choose which industry is more suitable for you. But at least I understand, whether the industry I am looking for is in line with my imagination, is it really suitable for me. It is precisely because in the junior year that he entered a loose selection period, the senior internship career can naturally get rid of the passive and easy.

After ten years of hard work, I feel that I have entered the university, and the things I can learn can finally come to an end. As everyone knows, when you enter the workplace, learning really begins.
I once asked the college students in the interview about the following similar questions: "Can you name the difference between the functional department and the business department? From the basic quality of the office, one of the fundamentals of professionalism is to constantly learn new job skills in adaptation.

A person who does not have rich chat materials and consciousness is difficult to make friends with; and a person who has no knowledge of current affairs and has no concern about current affairs obviously does not meet the standards of diversified learning talents. Social needs are changing, customer needs are changing, and the requirements for professionals in the workplace are constantly expanding the channels for information acquisition and adjusting the way of working. Therefore, the workplace is, in a sense, a never-ending examination room.
The phrase "My site is my master" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and it is full of vitality and free from all the constraints of stereotypes. It is very suitable for young people. However, in the face of the workplace, I even admire the "Nothing is impossible" person's anger, the same domineering, but no arrogance. People who believe that "everything can be done" often endure great mental stress because they want to do their best. However, the pressure is not strong, the key is to compare. The pressure is a spring. If you are weak, it will be strong. If you learn to release your emotions under the pressure of others, you will find that nothing is too late.
If job hunting is just employment, there will be no unemployment; if you are only thinking about your career, you are destined to be unemployed. Therefore, when we can't meet the job that makes us satisfied, please let go of the burden of choosing a job and start from employment!
