In the months that I am graduating, my main job is the office secretarial.

In this process, I used the methods of reading, asking, and learning to understand the specific business knowledge of the company's secretarial work and expand the professional knowledge. It lays a solid foundation for the future development of normal work. From the aspect of personal development, the most influential to me should be the work style of a social person and the important role of professional knowledge in the work process, because these are my I have never touched aspects of my school, so I will first tell you about my understanding and experience during my internship.

Graduation internship is an experience that every college student must have. It enables us to understand the society in practice, and we have learned a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class. It has benefited a lot, opened up our horizons, and increased our knowledge. We will further lay a solid foundation for the society in the future. Since my company is an office in Beijing, I am a private company, so my first job was not busy, I didn't feel very tired. Just keep it by the phone and fax machine every day. It took a lot of time, and the first day was because of a day of backache.

But after a few days, I got used to it. I learned some office knowledge from my girls in the same office every day. Just stepping into the job, I found that many of them did not understand. Now in the office, when I have time, I will read some accounting books. Although my major has not been used at this time, I think I should learn more. There are several skills to find jobs in the future. I can give myself a few choices.

I have been working for nearly two months now. In this short period of many friends, I have thought about doing it for a month. Maybe I just started working, sometimes I can't stand the "qi" given by the manager. I feel very uncomfortable in my heart. I want to resign and change my job again. But calm down and think about it, and change your job. Isn't it the same under other people's hands?

At the beginning, you should do your work in a down-to-earth manner. After all, there is no work experience. Now, if you have the opportunity, you must exercise yourself from all aspects. Otherwise, if you miss something, you will not do well.

My current job is quite good compared to other people. It is not compared with other people. It is not difficult to work. It is easy to get into work. The key is to learn how to speak, attitude and do things to people. Due to the lack of experience, I am still lacking in this aspect. Now I understand how good it is to be a student at school! Work sooner or later, enter the society sooner or later, and face these things that can't be avoided sooner or later.

Therefore, now I cherish the opportunity of learning. It is better to learn more than to learn. It is better to spend the same time and learn more. It will be of great help to the future career.

Come back, I am very grateful to them for their understanding at work. Sometimes my colleagues have something to do late, I have to work alone in the office, and occasionally I will, everyone gets along very well, there is no separation. There are a few times to go back to school to do something, to ask the manager for a few hours of leave, the manager is also very considerate, and directly to the leave. I was very happy at this time; I met a manager who was so talkative. Therefore, I feel that the current work is still very good. The most important thing is that the colleagues around me are very good. There is no extra, unnecessary pressure in my heart, I can work and study. First employment, then choose a career.

I have to exercise myself now. Study hard, and then believe that you will find a good job to reward your parents and all their teachers through hard work. Nothing else is extravagant. Now, of course, I am honing myself in the first place, not to mention the current treatment is not bad.

In the past month or so, I have learned something that I can't learn at school. Even if I understand everything, I can't do it at first. To do things now, we must not only hold the attitude of asking for advice, but also know how to learn from each other. The most important thing is to "bear" and persevere. Now, although I have been working for a short time, I have found that I have really changed a bit and will behave better than before.
