Level internship

The reason was that the students were discovered during school, and there was no chance to tell the teacher. Obviously The chances of getting money back are very embarrassing. However, the teacher told me that even if we know that money is impossible to retrieve, we must follow the procedure. When we know this message, we must ask the students in the class to look for and supervise each other, because this program is not only a form. In addition, it is also an important account for students and parents.

In addition, the teacher also took the opportunity to explain to the students again that he could not bring more than fifty yuan of money. If you want to buy something, please finish it in the first quarter. If the money does not happen, you must have the same day. And as soon as possible, do not say the next day.

Although there are a lot of troubles in our class, I have learned a lot of practical experience in the process, but I hope that these things will happen for the first time and the last time. I think this is the result of my hope.

Teaching practice

In the weeks of the trainee, I can probably catch the teacher's teaching mode, but in mathematics, this is a relatively live subject, and each unit will have different ways of class. This is the place I must pay attention to. .

Some students have a parent class for the course unit. This is a big gap, so the teacher adopts the system of staying in school. As far as possible, the students should respond to the standard, but this is a very tiring thing. First, the teacher must first communicate with the parents, but most parents will agree. Second, based on the safety relationship, the teacher tries to let the students five. I can go home, so the effect is limited. Third, the students who stay in school often don’t understand the pains of the teachers. They often chat with unruly rules.
