Clerk Internship Weekly

During the two months from February to April of XX, I was internship at the clerk's office in the company. This is the first time that we have officially joined the society and set foot on the job, starting a life completely different from the past. Going to work at the prescribed time every day, during work, you must complete your work tasks on time and in a timely manner, and you can't rush to perfuse things. We begin to take civil responsibility on our shoulders, and we must be cautious in everything. Otherwise, we may have to pay a huge price for a small mistake. It is no longer a matter of sorry and a apology.

"The heroes of the world are all my generations. I am rushing to the rivers and lakes." From the school to the social environment, the people who touched them changed their roles completely. The teachers became bosses, and the classmates became colleagues. The way to get along is completely different. In this huge transformation, we may be embarrassed, confused, and unable to adapt to the new environment immediately. We may not be able to withstand the brutal competition between companies and cannot tolerate the indifferent eyes and words between colleagues.

Many times I feel that I have not been reused by the leaders. All that is done is something that is not important. My proposal or work cannot be confirmed by the boss. When you can't make a grade, there will be pressure from all sides, and the boss's eyes will be mocked by colleagues. At school, there are the care and support of classmates and teachers. It is just a matter of class, it is very easy. As the saying goes: Work for more than a decade or more in one or two years. Although the two-month internship time is not long, I have learned a lot of knowledge about being a person, doing things, and learning.

self-study ability

“It’s not knowledge that is learned in college, but an ability called self-study.” After participating in the work, you can deeply understand the meaning of this sentence. In addition to English and computer operations, the theoretical knowledge of textbooks is rarely used. I am a clerk. I usually only work on the phone when I am working on a file. I almost never use the professional knowledge I have learned. And the company's website developers are very different. Computer knowledge is changing with each passing day. In a project, they are often required to learn to develop and design in a new computer language in a short period of time. They can only try to learn knowledge as soon as possible on their own basis.

In this era of information explosion, knowledge is updated too fast, and it is certainly impossible to rely on the original knowledge. We must be diligent and diligent in our work, and continue to learn and accumulate. When you encounter a place you don't understand, you can try to solve it first. You can't humbly ask others, but people who don't have the ability to learn by themselves will sooner or later be eliminated by enterprises and society.

Work very hard

Since I still live on campus, I have to get up at 7:00 every day to get rid of the bus. Even if it is cold and bad weather, as long as it is not a weekend, I have to go to work. Sometimes the company is busy, and I have to work overtime at night or on weekends. There is less time for personal control. We must restrain ourselves, we can't do it when we don't want to go to work, and we can sleep late at school. When we don't want to go to class, we can skip classes and have a lot of freedom.

Repeating monotonous and tedious work every day, it is easy to get bored after a long time. Like I am sitting and typing on the computer every day, it seems boring. But the work is simple and can't be sloppy. If you make a small mistake, it may bring huge trouble or loss to the company, or you must complete it seriously. And the network promoters like the company have to make phone calls every day, do not talk about it, but also suffer, and endure the unfriendly tone of some phone receivers and even say that they have to complain. If any company is interested, it will be rushed to negotiate. In fact, all businesses are not able to trade successfully at one time. They must have a persevering personality. They must not give up when they encounter setbacks. When they are mistaken, they can resign without being angry. And web developers often have to drink coffee and stay up late to catch up with projects.

All along, we all rely on the income of our parents, while others are spending a lot of money. Maybe after work, we can understand how hard it is for parents to earn money. And we must begin to consciously cultivate our financial management ability. We just graduated and the wages are generally not high. We will remove the rent and daily expenses, and sometimes send some money to parents to subsidize the family. We often have few left, one is not Watching out may not be enough to become a moonlight family, but at this time we are too embarrassed to reach out to our parents, so many times we have to reasonably control the poor money we have in our hands.

Colleagues get along

Embark on the society, we deal with people of all kinds. Due to the existence of interests and busy work, many times colleagues will not be as cold as you are. Some of the colleagues smiled on the face, but in the back of the ground, they were unscrupulous and tried to climb on the shoulders of others. Therefore, we have not been able to adapt to the school. For example, our company's colleagues in online marketing, they pay attention to the confidentiality of their customer information, in order to prevent their colleagues from stealing their own performance, so the relationship seems a bit indifferent. But the environment often affects a person's work attitude. An indifferent and inhuman office, everyone will have no attachment, and there is a better chance that they will not hesitate to change jobs. Their low mood leads to inefficient work. They just wait for work every day and go back to the family early. Occasionally, a birthday party for colleagues, a gentle condolence when you are sick, will help create a harmonious working environment. Good mood, happy work, is conducive to the company's development. More than once on the TV, I saw the sinisterness of the workplace, the right and wrong between colleagues in the company, I think what I can do is "more work, less gossip." And in the few months left before graduation, I cherish the relationship with my classmates.

I am a student of management. I have learned a lot of classic management theories in books. It seems to be easy to understand, but I have never put it into practice. Maybe when I really manage a company, I will realize how difficult it is; we are at the teacher. Or I have seen many wonderful negotiation cases in the book. It seems easy. I may be aware of my lack of ability and lack of knowledge when I am in person or in person. During the two months of the internship, I broadened my horizons, increased my knowledge, and experienced the cruelty of social competition.
