I thought this was a simple matter. Because you don't have to calculate it yourself, it feels very easy and will be completed soon. In fact, there are many problems in the process of paying wages. Things that seem simple are actually not easy to do.

It seems that a few minutes slower will result in a lot less money. Because I am a newbie, I am not familiar with the situation of the entire plant. Therefore, I was asked to slowly search for the corresponding person on the payroll according to their name, and two people of the same name appeared in the same workshop, so the wrong object was also generated during the issuance process, and the salary was wrong. Because of the understanding of colleagues, things were quickly resolved. When paying wages, I also need to calculate the “zero” and “whole” situation of the money I paid. I didn’t pay attention to the first issue. At the beginning, I found all the fractions behind, and there are several workshops. I had to trouble people to find someone else to borrow money to change from "zero" to "complete". Moreover, at the beginning, almost all of the one hundred yuan of money was sent out. Finally, the wages of the management personnel were distributed. Basically, everyone was an integer, but they had to use 50 instead of it, causing everyone to complain. There are also some colleagues who have not only done a job, so she should have two salary to get, but I don't know if I noticed it because of the reminder from the instructor next to me. Therefore, there is still a big problem in the small wage-earning work, which is impossible to learn from the textbooks.

Problem

1. The list of people was not clarified, and the salary of the person with the same name was incorrectly issued.

2. Did not notice that there should be regularity in the payment of wages, which led to the release of the final fraction and the hundred dollar bills, so that the wages of the management personnel were finally 50 or 50.

3. I did not know that some colleagues had done two jobs, so there were two wages. Their wages are copied separately, and they should be paid together when they are issued.

Lessons learned:

1. Before paying wages, you must first see if there are any people with the same name and the same name, and clearly know who the corresponding salary should be.

2. To see if there are any employees who have done a few jobs beforehand, their wages should be summarized before they are issued, which is convenient for distribution.

3. In the process of issuance, it is necessary to reasonably allocate the “zero” and “complete” conditions of wages, and try to avoid the last ones that are left in the 50th or 50th, or one of them in the process of issuance.
