Although the internship time is not long, only half a month, but I have a lot of thoughts.

First of all, to be an office secretary, you must be proficient in computer operation, especially typing skills and word, excel, otherwise you will delay an important task. The unit that I am in is very demanding on the text. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately handle the text, including the division of the paragraph level of the article, the reasonable structure of the sentence, and the accuracy of the word matching. I think whether it is an clerical secretary or an operational secretary, the expression of the text is accurate, clear, and organized. It is the most basic requirement for any enterprise or institution.

Secondly, to be an office secretary, you must also understand English. Although some units tend to be instrumental, since China's accession to the WTO, the requirements for enterprises and institutions are very high, and we must learn to understand English. During the internship, several colleagues were engaged in graphic design. They were not very good at English. I had encountered this problem several times. I tried to answer questions. However, I thought it was difficult for English. I don't fall down, but after real work verification, my English score is not enough. I have to learn and study again.

In addition, to be a good secretary, you must have a good grasp of verbal communication, because you are not alone, you must learn to deal with different people around you. I still believe that as long as you are sincere with others, even those who have some kind of prejudice around you will slowly approach you in the flush of time. In your unit, I also experienced some indifferent eyes, but I have a clear heart and I will actively melt the gap between them.
