Interior Design Internship Weekly Fan Wen

Through this internship, we visited the construction site, and here, the delicate layout of the seating area left a deep impression on me.

Through practice, I have learned a lot of practical knowledge. The so-called practice is the only criterion for testing the truth. Through the side station, I have observed the construction process of the whole house at a close distance, so that I can face the construction workers face to face, how to construct them, how to turn the model on the drawings into a beautiful building. I have learned a lot of specific construction knowledge that is very applicable. This knowledge is often my little contact in school, little attention, but it is also a very basic knowledge.

On that day, we set foot on a ladder made of steel pipes and iron mesh, and it began to feel very dangerous. There were steel pipes or iron bars extending all around. The templates and brackets on the second and third floors have been removed, and we can clearly see that the pillars supporting the upper weight are so large that we feel that the height of the floor is getting smaller. There are many structural columns around the load-bearing column, which are used to increase the strength of the wall to avoid easy collapse due to the long wall.

Along the way, we saw that the brackets of the above several floors have not been dismantled. These brackets are made of steel pipes and stencils. The steel pipes are very dense. It is obvious that the concrete slabs and beams that have no strength at all need a large supporting force. In the building, I found a lot of cracks in the junction of some buildings. After the teacher's explanations and the information I collected, I have gained a lot.

The reason for the crack in the concrete and the location is a very complicated problem, then let me talk about my opinion:

Causes of cracks There are many reasons for cracks in concrete, mainly temperature and humidity changes, brittleness and unevenness of concrete, unreasonable structure, unqualified raw materials, template deformation, uneven foundation settlement. During the hardening of the concrete, the cement releases a large amount of hydration heat, and the internal temperature rises continuously, causing tensile stress on the surface.

In the later stage of cooling, due to the constraints of the foundation or old coagulation, tensile stress will appear inside the concrete. The lowering of the temperature also causes a large tensile stress on the concrete surface. When these tensile stresses exceed the crack resistance of the concrete, cracks may occur. Many concretes have little or no change in internal humidity, but surface moisture may vary greatly or change drastically.

Temperature control and crack prevention measures In order to prevent cracks, temperature stress relief can be controlled from two aspects: temperature control and improved constraints. The measures for controlling the temperature are as follows: to improve the aggregate grading, dry hard concrete, blending materials, air entraining agent or plasticizer to reduce the amount of cement in the concrete; add water or water to mix the gravel when mixing the concrete Cooling to reduce the pouring temperature of concrete; reduce the thickness of the pouring when pouring concrete on hot days, use the pouring layer to dissipate heat; bury the water pipe in the concrete and cool it by cold water; stipulate a reasonable time for demoulding, and carry out surface heat preservation when the temperature drops suddenly to avoid concrete A sharp temperature gradient occurs on the surface; the surface of the concrete pouring block or the thin-wall structure exposed during the long-term construction is insulated in the cold season; the measures to improve the constraint are: rationally splitting the block; avoiding excessive overburden of the foundation; reasonable arrangement The construction process avoids excessive height difference and long-term side exposure; in addition, improving concrete performance, improving crack resistance, strengthening maintenance, and preventing surface shrinkage, especially ensuring the quality of concrete is very important to prevent cracks, special care should be taken to avoid Producing a through crack, the integrity of the structure to be restored after it appears is ten Difficult, so that the construction should prevent the occurrence of cracks through the main.

In the construction of concrete, in order to improve the turnover rate of the formwork, the newly poured concrete is often required to be demolished as early as possible. When the concrete temperature is higher than the temperature, the mold removal time should be properly considered to avoid causing early cracks on the concrete surface.

The early curing practice of concrete proves that most of the common cracks in concrete are surface cracks of different depths. The main reason is that the temperature gradient causes the temperature in the cold area to drop sharply and is easy to form cracks.

Therefore, the insulation of concrete is especially important to prevent early cracks on the surface. From the viewpoint of temperature stress, the insulation should meet the following requirements: prevent the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete and the gradient of the concrete surface to prevent surface cracks.

To prevent the concrete from being too cold, try to make the minimum temperature during the construction period of the concrete not lower than the stable temperature during the concrete use period. Prevent old concrete from being too cold to reduce the constraints between old and new concrete. Also, we found that there is a layer of foam plastic with a wire mesh attached to the outer wall. After inquiry, it is known that it is for heat preservation, and the wire mesh is for fixing cement mortar.

Through this internship, although the knowledge acquisition is very small, the practical experience gained will benefit me for a lifetime. I will continue to be verified in my actual work after graduation. I will continue to understand and understand what I learned during the internship. Knowledge, in the future work, I will continue to apply the theoretical knowledge and practical experience I have learned to practical work, fully demonstrating the personal value and life value of the self. To achieve self-ideal and bright future efforts.
