the first week

This is a company that mainly produces dyeing machine computers. The dyeing machine computer, as its name suggests, is an automatic control device used by dyeing and weaving factories for dyeing fabrics. It usually heats, cools and heats the fabric.

The work done this week mainly consists of installing products and welding components. Although the work you are exposed to is not very difficult, there are many techniques involved, and there are many things to be aware of. Take the welding components, the size of the components is large or small, and the place to pay attention to is to solder small components, and then to solder large components. The solder joints should be smooth and cannot be soldered. The standard of the solder joints is to be conical. For the crystal diodes, care must be taken not to solder for too long, otherwise the diodes may be burnt out.

In addition to the above, I also learned about the use of digital multimeters, as well as the reading of some chip resistors. For example, a chip resistor reads 1002, which is the value above the resistor, and its actual resistance should be 10k, the first three digits are significant digits, and the last digit is a power of ten. For some ceramic dielectric capacitors, there is also some understanding, such as a ceramic dielectric capacitor marked with 104, its capacitance capacity is: 100000pf, which is 0.1uf.

After more than a week of internships, I felt the importance of knowledge. I have to keep learning to improve my professionalism.

the second week

This is the second week of work, and my thoughts have changed a bit compared to the previous week. Because the colleagues who work around are working every day, then get off work, go back to the dormitory to watch TV, play games, and spend a day.

This kind of life makes me feel a little out of breath. This is not the life I want. I can't be like them. I have to study hard. For the future, I must never give up studying.

This week I have met a lot of new components, such as: 8-bit three-state output flip-flop 74ls573, 8-bidirectional 3-state buffer circuit 74ls245, 74ls245 mainly used in data bi-directional buffering, common in 51 data circuits, early circuits When I expanded a lot of 8255/8155/8251 and other chips, I was worried that the data driving capability of the 8031 ​​was insufficient. Therefore, a 74ls245 was used as a data buffer circuit to enhance its driving capability.

What I did this week was about the same as last week, but I did more work than I did last week. I will read books after I come back from work every day. For my electronics industry, I must have a solid foundation. Analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, motor drag and control, single-chip tutorials, etc., are all subjects I want to learn and strengthen.

I also found that what I learned in school was not enough for my work. It seems that I need to strengthen my professional knowledge.

The third week

It took me three weeks to get through. I have been exposed to product testing this week and have been able to analyze some simple circuit principles independently.

For the company's product range, I have only been exposed to the same model for the past three weeks. Because this model is more popular, I am very busy this week, very tired. Despite this, I still have to write a weekly note after work, after all, only one week.

I learned to test products this week. The testing of the products includes many aspects, such as whether the power supply is normal, whether the working voltage has reached the standard, and whether the insulation performance of the product meets the standard.

From installation to testing, I am making a little progress, whether a product can be used normally, and whether the quality of the factory is passed, which requires careful inspection by quality inspectors.

One of the most memorable things about this week is that one day, when I installed a power strip, I found that there is a screw that is different from the others. I think it is irrelevant, but I am responsible for a colleague who took me internship. But told me that this screw is not in line with the standard, you have to change it again. I said, is this not a problem? He said to me: Don't look at this is a small screw, but it can bring a very big hidden danger to the product. If this screw falls, it may short circuit the board at any time.

I heard it feel very embarrassing, but also made up my mind: I must be careful in doing things in the future, and I must not have the luck.

the fourth week

I have been internship for this company for a month. I learned something new this week and I was exposed to the repair of the product.

Because of an accidental opportunity, the supervisor in charge of managing production told me that there are a number of badly reworked machines. Let's try the repairs.

After contacting the maintenance, I realized that this seemingly professional work is not as difficult as I thought, because in the process of repairing the machine, I found that most of the problems are easier to solve, such as the power supply part. Voltage, it may be that the transformer is broken, or the regulator triode is broken and so on.

There are still three days to get my first salary to the society. Although it is not a lot, only a few hundred, but this is my labor income. I exchanged it with sweat. I think that feeling must be Very happy.

fifth week

In the fifth week of the internship, I have gradually got used to the days of this kind of work.

What I did this week is similar to the previous ones. I don't have any contact with other models. It seems that if I have a chance, I should contact the person in charge to apply for other products. After all, just knowing the same is not enough.

The only thing that made me feel a bit of a harvest this week was that I had a general understanding of the schematics of the products I took over and was able to figure out how it works.

It uses pic microcontroller to control the relay, and then controls the external equipment with the switch output, such as electric positive and negative, heating, but cold, pressure relief, etc. The temperature measuring resistor pt100 is externally connected to control the temperature of the dyeing cylinder. It is also possible to detect the dyeing tank, the water level of the material tank, and the like. This dyeing machine has been able to meet the needs of general dyeing plants and is also very cheap.

The computer model of the dyeing machine that I have contacted is kb30d/led, which is a kind of replacement product. The design idea of ​​the product is very simple, and the peripheral circuit is also relatively simple. The main technology lies in the programming design of the single chip microcomputer. It seems that the single chip microcomputer is applied in the industry. It is very extensive.

I have already determined that my graduation project title is an electronic product controlled by a single-chip computer. Specifically, what is controlled depends on the surrounding environment.

Sixth week

This week is very happy, because the supervisor has promised me to let me learn another model of the product, I can finally learn more about it, this is really a very happy thing.

One of the products I came into contact with this week was the dt100, a small instrument for measuring temperature. Although the components are very simple, they are very worth learning.

The main chip of this product is: ic7107 double integral analog/digital conversion integrated circuit, op07 operational amplifier and so on. An external pt100 temperature measuring resistor can instantly measure the temperature of the water in the dyeing tank. Its work was mainly to use some comparison of the reference voltage, and then display the value through 7107.

The job I did was to debug the standard temperature measurements. When the resistance of pt100 is 119.4 ohms, the meter should display a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius. When the resistance of pt100 is 138.5 ohms, the meter should display a temperature of 100 degrees Celsius.

It is not difficult to adjust this, but its component circuit is very worthy of my study. It has some difficulty. It seems that I should strengthen my analog electronic knowledge.

Seventh week

The internship time is close to one and a half months. During this one and a half months, I learned a lot of things I couldn't learn at school, such as getting along with my colleagues and how to make a good impression on others.

One thing that made me feel very sad this week.

The company decided to let me go to work in Zhejiang. I felt very good at first, because it is very good to go to other provinces to see it. At least it will make a big change in my outlook on life, so I don’t think much about other things. I agreed to the leadership of the company.

However, when I told my family, my family told me that you have not graduated yet, and that you have to graduate from the design. If you go out to the province to go to the service, you will definitely have no time to do the design. The weight of the matter.

I thought carefully, my family said a lot, I read these three years of books, isn't it just to graduate smoothly? I can't delay my studies because of such a thing. After all, I am now a student. If I think about it after graduation, it should be better.

So I explained the reason to the company, and the company did not say anything. Who knows that at a meeting of all staff, the manager said at the meeting that some employees have no decision-making power to do things, can't bear the warmth of Guangdong, fear of hardship, refuse to go out, maybe he also has his reasons, but an employee who does not dare to make judgments decisively There is no big future.

As soon as I heard it, I heard that I was talking about it. Although he did not name it, I was really sad at the time. How can I say this to me? Although I am impulsive to say that I am going, I don’t have to say this to me at the meeting. I will still be a student if I want to do it.

Eighth week

This week's mood is a little better, although the last week's thing made me feel uncomfortable, but it has passed, there is no need to put myself in the heart to feel uncomfortable.

This week, I came into contact with another new product, kb, which is a liquid crystal display dyeing machine. It is a newly developed product. The components used are mostly chip components, and the power consumption is low. It is a limited technical force. There are many shortcomings in this product, and there are many defects in design.

It seems that if a company's technical strength is too small, its competitiveness will be much smaller.

In terms of graduation design, I decided to make a microcontroller clock control circuit. The most pitiful thing is that I have to work overtime very often. When I return to the dormitory, it is already more than nine o'clock in the evening. I am very tired and have no mood to collect information. It seems that it can only be postponed until next week to collect information.

The design of the hardware circuit is not difficult. The key is the programming of the software. It seems that it is necessary to go online to find some information. After all, what I learned in school can't be dealt with.

It’s late at night, you have to rest early, otherwise it’s not good to be rude tomorrow.

Ninth week

It is already the ninth week. The materials for the graduation design are being collected. At the same time, I also found some information books in the library of the school. The design ideas have a rough outline in mind.

This week, the company started training for our new employees. It is very simple, let us look at the training videos. This kind of training is not good, because it takes time to rest, so we don't have much energy to watch the film.

One day, I found it very late because I was looking for information last night, so I couldn’t help but sleep during the noon training. The result was found by the company’s leader and a review was really pitiful...

It’s really tired, I have to do design, I have to train in my work, I have to add night shifts. It seems that this is a kind of tempering for me. I have to endure the challenge.

For kb this product, because it is still in the design, the installation and debugging is suspended.

On the morning of Wednesday, the company opened a new product launch conference, which showed three new designs, but I personally think that the actual design is not perfect, it seems that there is still a need to change. Anyway, I still have to do my graduation project first!

Week 10

The internship entered the tenth week, and the time passed quickly. It seems that I have to speed up my work in graduation design.

This week, I came into contact with a new product model called kb. This is a monochrome liquid crystal display dyeing machine. The output function is relatively complete and the technology is relatively perfect. However, there is a shortcoming that the anti-interference ability is not enough. It is susceptible to external factors and the display is affected.

Another thing that makes me most headache is that the installation of this model is very troublesome! There are a lot of screws to be removed. It takes about 40 minutes to install a machine. This is a design flaw, which delays the installation and increases the time for maintenance.

It is a pity that there is no time to solve these problems. Graduation design also requires a lot of time. In addition, the recent intermittent training has really made people feel physically and mentally exhausted.

Although life is very fulfilling, it is also very tired!
