Biological Experiment Report "Observing the Separation and Restoration of Plant Walls"

First, the purpose of the experiment
1. Initially learn how to observe the separation and restoration of plant cell walls.
2. Understand the principle of plant cell osmosis.
Second, the experimental principle When the concentration of the cell liquid is less than the concentration of the external solution, the water in the cell liquid enters the external solution through the protoplast layer, causing a certain contraction of both the cell wall and the protoplast layer. Since the protoplast layer is more contractile than the cell wall, when the cell continuously loses water, the protoplast layer is gradually separated from the cell wall, that is, when the cell wall is separated and the concentration of the cell liquid is greater than the concentration of the external solution, the external solution is in the outer solution. The water enters the cell fluid through the protoplast layer, and the entire protoplast layer slowly returns to its original state, causing the plant cells to gradually undergo plasmolysis and recovery.

V. Discussion
1. What happens to these epidermal cells if the onion epidermal cells are infiltrated with a sucrose solution of the same concentration as the cell fluid?

2. When the solution on both sides of the erythrocyte cell membrane has a concentration difference, will the red blood cells not be separated? why?

3. Draw a series of patterns of cell changes under normal conditions to cells treated with 0.3 g/ml sucrose solution and then treated with water.
