Therefore, we focus on theoretical learning at the beginning of the experiment. We have studied the "Self-Psychology Self-cultivation Methods of the National Primary School Teachers", "Principles and Methods of Psychological Education of the National Primary School", "Guidelines for Mental Health Education of the National Primary School", "Wisdom of Education" and other books, and listened to the instructor of Fuyang City Teacher Training School. The lectures organized a serious and enthusiastic discussion. From a theoretical perspective, we fully realized that the psychological level of the teachers of the primary and secondary schools is directly related to the success or failure of education and teaching. Because teachers' mental health has a very close relationship with students' mental health, teachers' bad psychology, such as: unsociable personality, indifference, deteriorating interpersonal relationship, emotional instability, long-term tension, lack of enthusiasm and creativity in work, will inevitably Projecting on students has a negative effect on education and teaching, which leads to students' mental health. Moreover, in our school district, for a variety of reasons, there are quite a few teachers who have different levels of psychological problems in different aspects. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to carry out the experiment of “Study on the Psychology of Elementary School Teachers” in our school district. The five-year practice also proves that because we deeply understand the meaning, content and process of optimizing teachers' psychological temperament, we have consciously strengthened the self-cultivation of teachers and mastered the principles and methods of mental health education of the national students. It has effectively cultivated and developed the good psychological quality of students and promoted the all-round development of students.

Through experiments, we deeply understand that to optimize the psychological quality of teachers and maintain the mental health of teachers, teachers must consciously strengthen self-cultivation and timely control their mentality.

At present, our teachers are prone to an abnormal state of mind for various reasons.

First, under the current prospect of vegetarian education, reform has become the main theme of education. Second, the current students are mainly children, influenced by society and the times. Third, due to the impact of the market economy, the difference between teachers' income and many other industries is large. Especially in our city, the government can't pay teachers' wages in full according to the file salary, which makes many teachers, especially young teachers, feel Unfair, this sense of injustice has a negative impact on the work and mentality of teachers.

For these reasons, teachers should consciously strengthen self-cultivation, regulate their own mentality, and maintain a good attitude to do their own work. Third, earnestly grasp the principles and methods of psychological education, and effectively improve the quality of education and teaching.
