While paying close attention to economic construction, I have always attached great importance to strengthening leadership over armed work and striving to achieve "six unifications", namely: integrating armed work into the unified arrangements for the work of party committees and government work plans; and integrating the infrastructure of the armed forces into towns and cities. The construction of the overall planning and unified construction; the financial support for the People's Armed Forces is included in the unified budgetary arrangements; the national defense education is included in the unified implementation of the education plan for the whole people; the compulsory military benefits are uniformly raised; and the full-time armed cadres are included in the unified management and communication of the organizational cadres. The second is to establish and improve the responsibility system for armed work. The practice of work over the past year has made me realize that only by effectively solving the practical problems of armed work can we effectively promote the continuous development of the militia reserve.
