First, study hard and improve the anti-corruption and self-consciousness. Over the past year, I have earnestly studied the spirit of Comrade Hu Jintao’s important speech at the ** conference, and strived to improve my theoretical standards, political cultivation and ideological consciousness, armed my mind with advanced theories, established a correct world outlook, values, and clearly and wholeheartedly The idea of ​​people's service. Fully recognizing that the building of a clean government is related to the party's ruling status, it is felt that party members and cadres must refine the lofty ideals of communism, focus on the center of economic construction, maintain social stability, and serve the reform and opening up. I deeply understand the harmfulness of corruption to the work of the brigade, and always alert myself to being a leader of a brigade. Whether it is incorruptible or not is directly related to the development of the work of the people and the work of the brigade. Therefore, we must always be vigilant and persistent.
Second, the internal clean government building of the brigade will be co-management and perseverance. Since the beginning of this year, we have established a supervision system within the Brigade, and held a meeting in time for the disciplinary inspection notice issued by the Municipal Bureau, carefully organized the study, summed up the lessons learned, and encouraged all police to supervise the team members and establish an effective monitoring mechanism. . Proactively carry out criticism and self-criticism, find problems in time, and eliminate them in the bud. Strictly abide by the financial and commercial disciplines, strictly implement the financial examination and approval system, make the accounts open, and start from the self, and strive to save every expense for the brigade. At the same time, all the police are required to take the team as their home, cultivate their sense of ownership, and thrive. At the same time, the team of the brigade decided to understand the age structure of the brigade and the lack of sufficient understanding of the corruption in the society, and establish an information feedback mechanism to understand the ideology and amateur life of the comrades through various activities. Parents are required to understand, support, and assist in our work, and have achieved good results through solid work. During the year, the brigade did not have any violations of discipline.
Third, honesty, self-discipline, and pioneering. As a cadre who has been educated for many years, I deeply realized how much hardship our party has achieved today's fruitful results, and at the same time hated the few black sheep inside the cadre team, especially the "* case. Secondly, starting from small things in daily life, I always think of myself as a people's policeman. My own words and deeds directly affect the party's prestige and the image of the country. Resolutely oppose extravagance and waste, talk about lavishness, and consciously make careful calculations and do what you can. At the same time, educate their wives and children to develop good habits and consciously resist corruption. Third, in the work, the brigade did not have problems such as “small treasury” and “extra-accounts”; in the hiring, personnel transfer and other problems that are prone to problems, it is fair, fair and open; resolutely stop using public funds to visit the mountains. Play the water, eat and drink the corruption phenomenon; since the anti-counterfeiting work began, consciously resist the "personal case", never use the work to engage in power transactions.
In short, in the past year, in terms of building a clean government, both team building and self-achievement have achieved certain results. According to the seven regulations of the leading cadres’ integrity and self-discipline in the work conference of the Party’s work style and clean government construction at the beginning of the year, the city is better.
