Training study report


From July 16th to September 8th, XX, I participated in the training of the national-level middle-level teachers and teachers in the electronic and electrical systems and maintenance courses organized by the Ministry of Education organized by the Ministry of Education, from 12 provinces in the central and western regions. 94 teachers from the autonomous region participated in the study. The content of the study includes four modules: modern educational technology theory, professional knowledge and practical skills training, enterprise training, comprehensive training and assessment.

The first module: modern educational technology theory

The learning of this module is mainly carried out in the form of special lectures. Some experts and professors of the University of Electronic Science and Technology and Sichuan Normal University have carried out vocational education policies, modern educational technology application and practice, foreign educational theory development and reform, and modern education. More than ten special lectures on technology, modern education theory, education system reform and policy research, and German vocational education system, let our teachers learn the theoretical knowledge of education from the theoretical level and let the education theory better guide the teaching. Practice work, so that their education and teaching methods and means are more scientific and reasonable. On the other hand, through the study of this module, we have learned a lot about the national policies and regulations closely related to the vocational education we are engaged in, and some of the more distinctive vocational education reform directions and measures abroad. In addition, the learning of this module has enabled me to learn some new teaching methods and methods closely related to the teaching links. The study of digital video production technology and digital audio processing technology has given me a concept of modern educational technology. A new understanding.

The second module: professional knowledge and practical skills training

The learning content of the module mainly includes the principle of single-chip microcomputer and application technology, electronic system design, installation and debugging of electronic equipment and troubleshooting methods, network appliances, and modern electronic measurement technology. Among them, the principle of single-chip microcomputer and the technology of application occupy more time. In addition to theoretical teaching, a large number of experimental and practical skills courses are arranged. The learning of this course has greatly improved my knowledge and skills of single-chip microcomputer. The theory, experiment and practical teaching of the course offer many references and references, which is conducive to the further improvement of the teaching quality of the course. The study of other network appliances and modern electronic measurement technology has enabled me to have a broader understanding and understanding of the relevant marginal disciplines in which I am currently engaged in professional teaching, and to expand my thinking and problem-solving ideas.

The third module: corporate training

In the training of this module, the school arranged for a week to take us to the National Information Security Base, Rainbow Group, Chengdu Qianfeng Electronic Appliance Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Changhong Electronics Group Co., Ltd. and other companies to visit and internship. Into the enterprise, down to the workshop, on the one hand let us understand the modern enterprise management system, corporate culture, talent needs and other important information. In combination with the actual situation of school education and teaching, I have a deeper understanding of how important it is to be a teacher and shoulder the responsibility of teaching and educating people. On the other hand, it has experienced the production process of a whole set of production lines in modern production and manufacturing, and connected with some knowledge content in teaching. It feels that there is a big difference between theoretical teaching and production.

The fourth module: comprehensive training and assessment

The main content of the module includes social communication, collaboration and self-cultivation training and completion evaluation. By participating in the two-day field development training, the participating teachers feel that they have great experience and gains in teamwork, self-challenge, and overcoming difficulties. The assessment section tests and exercises the organizational ability, expression ability and writing level of educational research papers in the teaching process.

Through the training and training in the past two months, I have broadened my horizons, expanded my knowledge, and learned about the development of vocational education in other provinces and cities, and further improved my professional theories and skills. In the future education and teaching process, I will continue to improve my business level and ability in the daily work.
