Self-inspection report of the safety production of the railing substation in spring 2004

Transformer area:
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Notice of the State Electric Power Corporation to carry out the Spring Safety Production Inspection" and complete the work objectives of the 2004 safety production work, the Baling Ping Substation decided to organize a spring safety production in the station from March 1, 2004. Self-examination activities, in the self-examination process, mainly have the following problems:
First, the data:
On-site records are not standardized.
The data is not organized.
The drawings, materials and account management of the maintenance and security control devices are not complete.
Second, the equipment:
The locking device is incomplete.
No. 1 main change has a slight oil leakage.
There is no anti-small animal measure in the high pressure room.
The outdoor cable casing is not blocked.
Outdoor cable trench cover does not meet the requirements.
Emergency accident lighting has no light bulbs.
Various warning signs are not fully set.
The DC system in the station is not on the background.
The busbar main circuit wire joint is hot.
1# Busbar T-shaped clamp is severely corroded.
A discharge phenomenon occurs in the T-shaped clamp.
Third, the greening of the station in the civil construction needs to be gradually improved.
The above-mentioned spring safety inspectors inspected various problems in the inspection of the Baling Substation, and looked at the work area in time.
