First, attach great importance to being a state dictatorship, especially the political and legal organs. The party group and the administration of our bureau have always kept confidential work as an important task. At the beginning of the year, the Archives of the State of Israel (2004) No. 10, "Notice on Seriously Securing Security and Secrecy," was distributed to various departments, departments, and grassroots departments, and clearly defined the leading agencies and personnel for confidential work. The Leading Group for the Security and Confidentiality of the Office of the Director of the Office of the Deputy Director, Mr. ×××, the Director of the Office ×××, and the Chief of the Grassroots Department,×××, was established, and the confidential job responsibility system and the “territorial management” principle were implemented. Fifth, the recycling of waste paper and waste files of the bureau is recycled by the collection point designated by the confidentiality commission, and the relevant archives are destroyed in time to ensure that the waste paper does not leave the complete archive paper. The sixth is to register and issue the “secret” files issued by the superiors and collect them in time. For example, in the work of the lawyers' concentration of education and rectification work this year, the Central Office of the People’s Republic of China [2004] No. 15 secret file, the Central Office of the State Council, forwarded the "Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Further Strengthening the Construction of the Lawyers Team", signed it and promptly recycled it. Ensure that no leaks occur. Seventh, this year, we conducted two major inspections of security and confidentiality work at various levels of the grassroots level, and urged 15 grassroots organizations to improve the secrecy work system and implement confidential work measures.
