Self-examination report on poverty alleviation and development work in 2004

Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office:
According to the requirements of the “Poverty Alleviation and Development Work Assessment Rules of 2004” by the Municipal Poverty Alleviation Office, we conducted a serious self-examination of the poverty alleviation and development work in 2004. The self-inspection report is as follows:
I. On the importance of leadership Since the beginning of this year, the county party committee and the county government have attached great importance to poverty alleviation and development work. At the beginning of the year, the county has adjusted and enriched the county's poverty alleviation and development work leading group and strengthened its work force. And put the poverty alleviation and development work on the government's work schedule, and do regular research and deployment to help solve practical problems. The county government held two executive meetings and county magistrate coordination meetings to conduct research and deployment of poverty alleviation and development work in 2004. In order to do a good job in poverty alleviation and development, it was determined that the Poverty Alleviation Office was established, and the Poverty Alleviation Office was a formal-level unit, and four people were compiled. According to the requirements, the matching fund of 50,000 yuan in the county has been allocated to the special account.
2. About the reduction of the number of poor people In the county, there were 18,969 poor people in 2003. By November 15, 2004, the number of poor people was 17,069, a decrease of 10.2% from the previous year.
III. Regarding the implementation of the whole village promotion strategy In order to promote the implementation of the whole village strategy, a total of 1.32 million yuan of small-scale poverty alleviation loans were assisted by the two key villages. In the project establishment, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the provinces and cities, fully respect the wishes of the people, and achieved the accuracy of the project, no project changes. At the same time, we actively promote the implementation of the project. At present, 266 cattle have been purchased, accounting for 50.8% of the purchase. The animal husbandry integrated service station has implemented house replacement and has now reached the state of use.
IV. Regarding the fund management situation, we closely cooperated with the county finance bureau. The poverty alleviation funds were strictly in accordance with the financial poverty alleviation fund management requirements, and the special account management and closed operation were carried out. The annual financial poverty alleviation funds of 866,000 yuan were all in place, and there was no stagnant Squeeze and misappropriate.
V. Regarding the work of helping the county, the county set up a leading group for poverty alleviation and assistance, and organized social forces to do a good job in helping. The county's supervisors have twice reported the situation to the provincial direct support units and won support. Keep in touch with the support departments of the city directly, take the initiative to communicate the situation, and do a good job together. Organize the county department to actively carry out assistance work. As of December 15, 2004, the province, city, and county support were equivalent to RMB 2.96 million.
VI. About the work of the Poverty Alleviation Office Since the establishment of the Poverty Alleviation Office, we have organized the whole staff to actively study the poverty alleviation business, strive to do a good job in poverty alleviation, and actively serve as a good staff and assistant for the county party committee and the county government. Adopted 4 articles and received favorable comments from the county leaders. In the situation feedback, it has done the work with the municipal poverty alleviation office, diligently reported, actively seek guidance, and timely report, accurate reporting. We have filed a comprehensive archive of the poverty alleviation work files, and the file management is in order.
VII. Other Work We have supervised and implemented the closing work of key villages in 2003, and have completed all the work. There were no petitions due to poverty alleviation work throughout the year. At the same time, the village village planning work was carried out in two batches of key villages, and the streets were widened, the roads were smooth, and the streets and trees were uniform.
