The first semester of 2005-2006 has begun. At the same time as the level of education and teaching, we actively participate in various educational and teaching activities, organize and formulate research topics in this subject, and strive to achieve ideal results in the final exam. The plan for this semester is as follows:
One: teaching:
The content of this semester is difficult for students as a whole, especially the computing power will be deepened and strengthened in this semester, so the requirements for teachers will also be high. In terms of teaching content, we still mainly follow the characteristics of our students, prescribe the right medicine, explain the basic questions, straighten out the mid-range questions, and supplement the problems appropriately; ordinary classes do not pursue partiality and difficulty, especially some key points and difficulties in the conic curve part. The calculation questions must be explained to the students in detail. Some problems need to be explained several times, so that most of the students are actually put in place. Each teacher needs to think about three questions after completing the class: How is my class going? Whose class is better than me? How to make this class better and better? And make a record on the preparation notes, to provide reference for future education and teaching. In the class, the basic questions are mainly focused on the mid-range questions. The wrong questions should be implemented. Do not give up any students, and do not let go of any problems. In the classroom, every teacher should pay attention to the blackboard, because the students' non-standard part of the writing comes from the teacher's blackboard, and each class has a minimum of 1 or 2 questions in the writing to strive to standardize.
Second: the construction of teachers:
According to the specific deployment of the school , we will conscientiously implement: 1 Actively listen to the lessons of experienced teachers, and actively listen to the opinions of the instructors, and seriously improve the weak links in the classroom teaching. 2 Actively participate in the construction of the teaching resources of the preparation group, actively participate in the formulation of handouts and exercises, and strive to explore the application of information technology in teaching, and learn the use and influence of the new curriculum for our teachers. 3 For teachers with certain experience, in addition to the serious implementation of the work points of the Academic Affairs Office, the remaining teachers should be regularly organized to listen to the lessons of the new teachers you bring, and other teachers are encouraged to help improve the teaching and learning standards of the teachers. At the same time, I hope that the teachers in the group often listen to each other and evaluate the class in time. Encourage each teacher to seriously summarize his own experience, experience or lessons in teaching. On the basis of participating in the theoretical knowledge of mathematics education, he will form his own ideas and hope to be able to write a thesis and finally share it with other teachers in this group.
Three: Collective lessons:
In order to be able to implement the collective preparation of lessons, the collective preparation of lessons to achieve a unified time, unified location, determine the main content.
According to the pre-determined lesson preparation chapter in the collective preparation lesson last week, the teachers commented on the rotation and pointed out the ideas, key points and difficulties in preparing the lesson.
Then, for the above content, please prepare all the members of the group to discuss the relevant syllabus in the teaching task, clear the teaching materials, point out the difficulties, enumerate some typical examples, select the exercises, etc., and ask the teachers with teaching experience to make the necessary explanations, explanations and In addition, the team leader prepares the record carefully, and discusses and agrees on some places where the differences are relatively large.
Discuss the specific issues of the preparation of the next year's lesson plans, determine the individual teaching objectives, difficulty points, sample selection and assignment of the four to five class hours.
Finally, with regard to the current teaching and work situation, members of the preparation team should exchange ideas, make suggestions, and defy the deficiencies, and record them by the preparation team leader to provide first-hand valuable information for the appropriate adjustment of future teaching plans or collective lesson preparation.
