First, strengthen case review to ensure the quality of the case. The legal work is the lifeline of public security work. Since I was engaged in the public security legal work, I have always kept in mind this purpose. Since this year, I have continued to pay close attention to the review and check of the case, and have reviewed each case submitted separately. Seriously look for the problems in the handling of the case. In the review work, I insisted that the case file should not be read and not let go, the problem is not fixed, and the matter is not resolved and not let go. At present, with the stricter requirements for public security law enforcement work, there are some places where police officers handling cases still have some incompatibility. Individual police officers still have a problem of reviewing the case and think that the legal system is picking up and looking for problems. In this regard, I always explain it conscientiously. In the process of reviewing the case, I combine principle and flexibility. For some small problems, I have personally found the case handlers, patiently explained them, helped the case-handling personnel to solve the problems, and repeatedly conducted investigations and evidences with the case-handling personnel, which not only ensured the quality of the case, but also to a certain extent. It has eliminated the resistance of police officers handling cases to the review and review of cases. In May, I also organized various case-handling units, conducted case-to-account evaluation activities, and achieved the purpose of mutual exchange and mutual improvement.

Second, strengthen education and training, and improve the level of law enforcement. This year, it has organized and carried out the training work on newly enacted laws, regulations and regulations, such as the “Regulations on Site Investigation of Criminal Cases”, “Interim Provisions on Public Security Organs Handling Injury Cases” and “Public Security Administration Punishment Law”, and conducted three tests successively. Third, adhere to the law enforcement inspection system, and promptly check and correct problems in law enforcement.

We will continue to strictly implement the quarterly law enforcement inspection system of the county bureau. During the inspection, I will pay attention to the in-depth exchanges with the police handling the case, and check and discuss together to improve. For the problems found in the inspection, timely check and correct. In conjunction with the special rectification activities for fair law enforcement carried out this year, I worked with other civilian police to conduct a thorough review of all the cases handled by various units since XX and correct a number of problems.
